Cerella maybe switching different routines like now I have been getting out and walking again instead of the bedroom maddness lol.
SUNDAY-65 mins bedroom workouts
MONDAY walked 90 mins
TUES walked 50 min + 40 mins indoor workouy
WEDS walked 100 mins me and the dog
THURS walked 100 mins
FRI 60 mins of dancing,working out in my room
TOTSL 440 EXERSICE MINS

I WILL KEEP THIS AS A REMINDER TO UPDATE DAILY SO I CAN KEEP TRACK OF THE EXERSICES.HAVE A GR8 DAY TAMMY

25 misn today. discoutn strawberries made me ill and kept me in bed most of today.

should havea huge number tommorow as it's biggest loser day.

I go tin a 45 min walk today and 45 mins on the elliptical and I had some salmon with dinner in my salad...so im on my way - lol - slowly and surely!!!
 
Hey gals just checkin in...today I got in 2 hrs of exercise:) So im proud of that...

I did 45 mins of floor exercises and then 65 mins of Yoga with Weights OH and I forgot I went on a walk this morning with the dog for 30 mins:) Not to mention I worked a 10 hr shift - geesh...

Im pretty much eating salmon with every meal...2 times a day anyway...tomorrow I will make salmon and egg burritto's for breaky...

Ive also decided Im gonna join weight watchers...for 100 bucks I can join for 5 weeks - will give me longer enough for controla dn portions and to see if it works...Im beyond doing it on my own this time - plus Im going with a friend as support!!!

Therefore, as cliché as it is, this week’s Detour is to either 1. Eat a kiwi fruit everyday or 2. Eat 8oz of lamb over the course of the week. Maybe if we eat enough of them, the New Zealanders will finally outnumber the sheep. You must also dress up as Gollum while eating your kiwi or lamb. Ok, that part is optional. See how nice I am??

logged in my weight in another challenge today as 1lb am hoping for even a .1 extra loss for friday but we'll see. I've had a really bad week for binging horribly on chocolate this week. on the bright side mwahaha i can climb stairs again..except at night when there are dog sized racoons on them.


next week looks terrifying, but i suppose I'll do the kiwi.

total exercise time so far 280 mins . looks likeI need to step it up for today and friday. I'm also gonna try and stuff myself full of salad and water so i stop eating the damned chocolate. also need to add more fibre into the diet.

Ldayumbra--your weekly exercise runs Fri-Thursday, so today is your last day to get in this past week's exercise. Tomorrow (Friday) starts the next week--Vancouver to Auckland. I wasn't sure if you understood that from your most recent post. :)
 
forgive me i'm made of fail and was all confused with that. ah well I'm gonna be short this week then. Got another 8o mins in today. 4o ddr and 40 min walk/jog varying speeds and inclines.
I also popped my knee and am hobbling all over the effing place now. if we make it to next week i'm probably stuck with just resistance and weight work I can do while sitting unless this heals fast

total time = 360 = 6 hours. i'm short by 17 goddamn mins I'm so sorry. I dunno if everyones combined time will cover for my failing. if not I'm sorry.
 
No need to apologize - I was short 35 mins last week I believe...I got all mine in and Tam prob got it in as well...

We really need to focus on teh exercise for full points and an extra 10 for our team - with the first week and Tam not checking in we are really below percentage wise but oh well - it is a game and we are playing and even if we dont make it we can still do it as a tram and continue on for the second chance...
 
Ok stayed the same this week but I am pretty sure thats do to
EASTER and the wendys chicken sandwhich on weds I know sodium and overload on CARBS is the blame.Anyway you live and learn and atleast NO GAIN came out of it thanks to all the walking I credit lol.

clocking in 30 mins resistance training for friday. my right ankle is swollen like fuck and hurts but i'll see if i can't go for some decently paced walks on even terrain instead of just weights. i will get my hours this week damnit.

Please be safe and careful...dont do anything to over extend yourself or hurt yourself more Tam and I can pick up the slack if needed...
 
it's ok i've foudn that if i wrap it in a tenser bandage it can handle sone pressure. and staying off it completely is impossible anyways. i won't try anything seriously hard until wednesday if it feels better.

today i did 30 misn weight resistaance
30 mins core/felexibility stuffs with my yoga ball.

I actually miss ddr *sigh*

had mah kiwi today it was not fun but i've discovcered i don't hate it as much as I used too.

shifting my diet this week gonna drop my calories down again to compensate for my new weight and the lack of areobics going on this week
 
WALKED 4.5 MILES the floodwall (1 and 1/2 times) 70 mins
I had 1 kiwi wit my egg beater breakfast
and another Kiwi for a late night munchy snack lol
I love these cuz it tatse like 3 diff fruites and all my 3 are my faves!

I just do not love the kiwi. Friday was not a problem because alex hid it in other food so i couldn't taste it. today/yesterday/sat i had to eat it just plain and it made me less than happy. I'm going to clean the blender tonight so i can go back to shoving it in smoothies for the rest of the week and overpowering it with bananna.

i'm glad you two like it though at least we're not all suffering.

tamm that's one nice walk you had there was it alone or with the dog?

You walk the floodwall alone...was this late at night ? That isnt very safe...

I just drag my dog - well not drag him but give him a wank and tell him enough sniffing - LOL...a walk means we not not stop and smell everything in sight...
