Week 3—Rio to Vancouver 18hrs 50min. 6hrs17min per teammate if split evenly, and 9hrs25min would be 50%.

Hockey comes to mind when one thinks of Canada, of course, but I can’t make you play hockey, as you need people to play with, skates and an ice rink--and that would be very difficult for just about everyone but Jerome. Maple syrup is very Canadian, but most of you would enjoy eating that too much, and it's not very conducive to weight loss. Neither would eating Poutine (French fries with gravy and cheese curds—a Quebecois treat that I LOVE).

So, as Vancouver’s a port city, fishing is a major industry there. And as fish is low-cal, a great source of lean protein and full of omega-3 fatty acids, here’s the Roadblock: Eat a lb (basically a half a kilo) of salmon (not canned) over the course of the week. Only one person per team has to do this.


I can do this I have a ton of salmon I need to eat :) Tam you are doing the other road block right...Im running outta time - sory guys work has been crazzzy...
 
added another 65mins ddr last night to my exercise for tuesday.

Total time so far = 151 mins and some odd seconds ( i stopped counting)

Cerella i'm going to attempt the capoeria now since my cramps are gone. Tam seems a bit too busy atm.
Edit: mwahhah these videos are awesome.. i'm not gonna be able to master this but I can do it which is all that's required)

Thank god your taking the salmon challenge. i won't eat a fish if it's not battered and fried within an inch of it's life.

HaHAHa - Thank you soo much Jessica:hug2:Im just too busy - Ive been working like crazy and ovcertime - Yesturday I worked for 14 hrs straight 7am - 9pm and hten was in again at 7am till 5pm - and today boy am I feeling it!!!

50 mins exercise for wednesday
25 ddr and 25 following the roadblock videos ( still having trouble with em but I'm getting better)

total = 201 mins.

i sleep odd hours so I'm gonna do some more stuff online then do some shadow boxing and skipping before i settle down for the night.

friends are coming over for easter weekend. there will be temptation and i shall ignore it as best i can.
 
I did 100 mins of exersices today while "TOM" made his presence lol blah..I absolutley can't get down a bite of salmon I can do tuna if it's made like tuna salad.As far as the road block I typed in what you had under google and it looks like some hard flips and stuff is this right??
If I had more detail on ROADBLOCK exactly what I am looking for I will do and try it tomorrow night and put it down before FRI?
If ya need me send me a PM I do check in over here a couple times a day even if it is a MADHOUSE where I am.

Well I guess it is a good thing I like salmon then...

Sry abt this one it looked fun maybe I will personally try it when work dies down abit...It has been so crazy - Ive hardly seen the kids this week...
 
Hey Ladies - Sry to say im weighin in at 236.2...TOM came for a visit during the night sometime...m gonna eat well today and see what the scale says in the morning...

It is hard for me to actually loose and I dunno why - fo the most part I eat well but I guess really I just need to step it up more - it is just so much work to go to the next stage ya know and really eliminate more and more ...I will come up with a plan for next week...I think my biggest problem is Im always stressed to the max and dont get enough sleep....
 
It's ok sweety TOM happens and usually at the worst possible time. it just means that next week you're that much stronger.

Well i've got 3lb loss for this week so I'm happy but then again tradition dictates that i will have a bad week next week to counter this. just means i have to shock my body ( not eat easter candy) and go for runs outside instead of ddr, do some hill jogging and skipping if I can buy a cheap rope.

60 misn so far today ( well see if i get more when company comes over)

20 mins capoeria ( i still have trouble with the spin kick but I can do it now.) 40 mins ddr
 
I lost -2 lbs this week and I didn't let "TOM" get the best of me grrr I feel like straging people tho lol I am only on day 2 with 2 more days of tom lol. Cerella I hope you get a breaky soon and don't sweat it you will lose next time.

Well Ladies - last week was a strggle for me to get all my exercise in - I was absolutly exhausted and draggin my ass all day everyday - I was shy 35 mins...

It is so important for us to get all of our exercise in - to get the minumum amount reccomended per team mate...last week it was 5hrs35mins this week it is 6hrs and something...

it is gonna be a struggle for me but I will do my best - as I dont loose weight very easily so I always try to make sure I get in my exercise...

*BIG SIGHS*

Im gonna start following a thyroid diet as I am sure that is what my problem is...

Im gonna look into going to my AUnts doc as well - I think for a second opinion on my throid...I exercise like major amounts - more than alot of other ppl who are dropping like 3 - 4 lbs a week - my eating is pretty good for the most part and it sucks and I am frustrated...

I will do teh roadblock this week and try my absolute best to get in over 6 hrs of exercise this week...

Im at my parents till Monday sometime but they have an exercise bike and I brought my yoga book.
 
Umbra has company this weekend but still managed 25 mins so far today. We're all taking turns playing ddr till we get tired. it's lik e an easter party and there's lots of junk food but i"m watching my diet.


Cerella i suggest changing up your workout regime, your body is probably way too used to it and needs you to do soemthign different. even less time doing new stuff should help.

speaking of which i need to remeber to do the stairs everyday next week. it's high impact but great for me and a change.

I can get in my required hours and possibly soem for others this week. just need to rearrange my sleep sheduel so i'm not sleeping during most of the day

Thanx chicky but my routine isnt the same - I do a binch of random stuff - Ive only just restarted using the elliptical...and before even with just the elliptical it made a remarkable difference...

It looks like I will be switching to nights here...so I will be able to actually build a routine and schedule

This week I will be eating salad and salmon - LOL...that should move the scale...or salmon with every meal...
 
company left today and i got in 85 mins. I also did some stairs as part of that and while my knees hurt like hell i feel pretty damn good.

damn I dunno what to tell you then. also eww the idea of 3 salmon meals a day.
 
HAHAHA - good for you Jessica - I have no exercise in under my belt yet - at least I am working day shifts tues weds and thurs...so I will have time for exercise when I get off work...and I need to eat salmon with every meal or at least a cpl of them cuz I only have till Fri to get it all in - LOL!!!I like salmon but im sure after this roadblock I wont...
 
25 misn today. discoutn strawberries made me ill and kept me in bed most of today.

should havea huge number tommorow as it's biggest loser day.
