Hahaha Cerella NO if it was night I would of took him but daytime means dogs everywhere and he goes nutts when he sees dogs so yeah I waked alone lol.
Congrats on you dragging your dog,lol I usually come home and walk him 4-6 blocks so he isnt missing out tho.

Ok today walked 60 mins
Ate my 2 hairy KIWIS haha
I SIGHNED UP AT URBAN ACTIVE TODAY A 2 year contract so I am commited!!!This place has it all and EVERYTHING included in memebership lol looked like a place you would see on the "JETSONS" haha.

45 mins sunday

85 mins monday ( 40 of which was resistance and i swear i'm getting arm muscles)

My foot is better though ddr will still wait till wednesday. i'm enjoying walking outside and doing the inclines in the nearby park.
I fit into multiple pairs of my old jeans now ^-^

kiwi and other fruit smoothies make for easy eating of the fruit but my body is starting to hate all this liquid.. on the bright side I'm losing weight. though that may be to my skipping oen meal a day this week due to screwed up sleep shedules. i have no clue what my calories are anymore .

total mins to date : 220
mins left: aproxx 200

tommorow is biggest loser night we shall see how that goes.
 
Tues - 75 mins workout at the gym -2 kiwis for breaky and snacky
MON - 70 mins dancing floor exersices in my room 2 kiwis
Sun 60 min walk 2 kiwis
Sat- 70 min walk floodwall and in my room 2 kiwis

total so far 275 mins

This place is amazing I have never even seen 1/2 the machines before in my life.

..The trainer chick was BUFF and so bootcamped me and my sis for 20 mins lmao omg they have this machine in the front of the place when you 1st walk in to work out well you kneel on it grab the bars and rock up and down like THRUSTING or HUMPING it looks so sexual but without the sex hahaha no wonder this sits in the front and of couse me and my sister had to hop on it hahaha FUNNNNNNNNNNY!

Sun - 2 mile walk (60mins)
Mon - 45 mins of floor exercises
Tues - 1.75 mile walk (45mins)
Wed - 30 mins Yoga, 30 mins floor exercises

I started weight watchers last night Im confident Im gonna start loosing...I posted more abt it in my diary.

did 1 hour and 45 mins today. 45 weights/resistance.

*stretches* it's time like this i love having nothign to do all day. ( at the same time i feel sorta bad with no job or school atm. I am like a little kid again)
i think i'm going to try and get my remaining time in tommorow so i either rest thursday or cover anything you guys don't get done.

i am so glad kiwi week is almost over.

next week i'm doing the green tea.
 
Ha Jessica - I cant believe how easy next week is and everyone is complainin abt it in the thread.Thank god I dont need to eat octopuss or use chopsticks is all im thinkin...

hour and a half for wednesday.

half hour walk/jog in the park (kept doing this one hill just for fun today) early afternoon

1 hour ddr session this evening
my ankle feels fine and i still had all the song patterns memorized in my head so i was able to jump right back into playing. i think i'm almost ready to go up a level int he game since this levels step patterns aren't a problem anymore just the speed..

total mins so far. 415 ^-^ I do believe that covers me for the week.

gonna try for more time thursday since I think we're a bit behind as a whole atm.

becuase of my sleeping and eating patterns i can weigh in at night as well and consider that my last change workout. i know i last atleast 1.5 this week but i want to see if i can lose a few more points or something.

lol cerella i would have preffered chopsticks becuase it's fun but hey green tea works too.

:hurray: Hey your doing great and I so luv the KIWI attitude I was all like YAY AND YUM at the 1st few days now its blah and man gotta eat more haha.
 
:hurray:Ok I lost a 1lb this week but hey its a lb and I feel it lol.I remeber seeing 4-5 lbs a week like YAY now I am so happy to lose a lb rather than stay the same like last week or gain so "156"it is..I went to the gym had a freaking blast and worked it out lol!We went into the cinema room where EVAN OH MIGHTY was playing and I hopped on this stride/eliptical machine thingy and burned 210 cals 25 mins and my ass thighs are sore so yeah that machine works.I also did 10 mins on treadmill 55 cals and 2.5 miles on this cool ass bike 10 mins 65 cals then the ab thing thats is alot of fun you sit down in this chair grab a 5-9 lb(i use 9lb) ball laydaown sit up throw it at the bulls eye I did 75 of these hopped on and off several machines lol just to see what they did,then went swimming 15 mins in heated pool which would of been way way longer but hubby needed car to work so workout time 90 minutes I ate healthy again and been good about eating 1,400 cals upped it 200..

30 mins weights/resistance ( must get heavier dumbells)
1 hours ddr (unlocked some more songs so i wasn't getting bored with the same ones. i have i think half the games songs unlocked so far.)

we all did great this week and whatever the verdict when tommorow comes no one can say different.
 
I am so sore lol!!!I did 30 mins 5.5 miles(burned 175 cals) on the bike 10 mins on the strider(100 cals)10 mins treadmill 75 ab thingys using the 9 lb balls then swam some laps off and on for 20 mins.I am so inluv with this place and its never crowded lol the only problem is I really think this chick checks me out lol the trainer from day one yeah she is always smiling saying hi and I was in the bathroom blow drying my hair and she wasin there I saw her looking at me through her mirror into mine lol I dunno a feeling I get .Other than that I like it hahahaha.Ok updating GALS....HOPE WE STILL IN

friday was my do nothing day becuase my body needed a break.
I drank my green tea though. it was delicious.

I think i'm goign to change my diet around this week for better weight loss results. I have 8 weeks untill AN and i want like 20 lbs off by then.

gonna aim for green tea with fruit or yogurt for breakfeast and salad for lunches. grocery shoppign today or tommorow so i'll figure out then what my dinners will be.

mostly all of that was done via ddr. the rest was resisitance as i haven't felt like walking outside lately. i need new sunglasses before i do, it's too damned bright out.

Ok I worked out at the gym yesterday for 90 mins had my nasty green tea doctored with splenda with my lunch lol! THIS IS SUNDAYS STATS
