60 mins ddr today. ( only 15 sunday due to RL getting in the way i forget how many times i heard the songs flowers and honeypunch( my hardest passable songs) but all i know is I didn't get bored. seduction is almost passable now when i start losing track of the steps i make up my own ( since i have the game set for play till end of song not play till fail) just to keep my heart rate up)


total minutes so far.?

120 mins of exercise so far. I plan to match that tomorrow alone ( thank you life with no job or school and 2 hours of biggest loser ^-^)

scale and I are not talking to each other. measuring tape and I are debate going into discussions at the end of the month.
 
Ha Ha Ha - your hilarious Jessica:)I watch the Biggest Loser as well - unfortunately for the last 2 months I have been working Tuesday nights but I get to watch it at work so for that im grateful:)

64 mins 32 secs exercise today so says mah sexy ddr machine. not as much as i wanted but we had grocery delivery today and i was sorta lazy and slept in so lost out on good workout time.

I had cabbage 2 days.....and lost -4 lbs this week and I am OFFICAILLY

lost 1.2 lbs for me this week
25mins for wednesday's workout. RL decided it hated me.
30mins resistance so far this morning

overall total of 239.32 ( dunno if i will be able to edit more in by the end of the day so I'm holding with this for now) almost 4 hours.

I had the last of the soup today.I never want to see a cabbage again ever, not even in a salad. The taste may never leave my mouth. I will however miss the onion flavour.

Provided my fiancee and I don't kill each other I should have a better week next week,

Edit: Cerella I'm going to try the capoeria stuff tonight and see if i can do it. if not this roadblock is all yours.

whoot confirmed with BB and i have 24 hours still to get any more exercise in and weight off ( doubt there'll be a weight change but I'm gonna go for some extra workouts)

Hey there so sorry ladies I thought I posted my stats I am usually pretty good at reporting ontime I updated like 2 hours past midnight and sent KIMBERLY a "PM" so I hope she can use all or some of my stats to help us with points.I was gone pretty much all day and night went out to eat for my anniversary then felt so sick after eating all that,cuz not use to eating that way,then went midnight bowling so was gone for a while.

No roadblock for me. cramps are being a right bitch this month. Gonna ddr through them but will probably rely on resistance training for exercise this week. hopefully a week of salad lunches will make up for the soup last week.

Ya we are going away for Easter so I was thinkin the same thing...but really we just need to get in an hour a day that isnt much really...

On Sat night i had a cpl of friends over , we ordered pizza and played ddr all night:)It was fun!
 
I walked for 70 mins lastnight plus ran around and did flips like for 60 minutes wit the kids at the b-day party!Thats the challange right 6 hours of exersices this week????

guess what. cramp time is officially over and all that damned water weight my body put on it's dropping off like whoa. i should have an an accurate reading for thursday ( or friday if I'm not going anywhere)

logging 25 mins for monday . Pitifull i know but my sleep shedule just got totally flipped, literally opposite hours) however tonight is biggest loser night which means a full hour there + whatever i do in the morning and afternoon ( i hate being job and schooless but it allows for a lot of workout time oh yes)

Not going to visit family for eater. I'm slightly sad but for the most part happy. Stress is gone. I also now have friday to workout and weigh in for though if i can hold this current weight I've had one heck of a week. Apprently working out during your period really makes a difference. Plus i think not eating soup for a week has helped a lot. I think a lot of my loss this week was retained soup and period water to be honest becuase it all seemed to drop at once.

on a brighter note my jeans almost fit i can button them up now.

35 mins resistance so far today, about to do my DDR time.
