Thats cool I can do that..I manhed to kill 2 birds with one stone today lol I ggot a 2 hour nap lol talked hubby into taken hayden with him and my mom to see my stepdad and I went to bed lol.

Also I Jogged/Ran 1/2 mile on tread mill today..GO ME !!:hurray:

SAT-- GYME 70 MINS
SUN-- GYM 45 MINS
MON--GYM 60 MINS + WALKED FLOODWALL 45 MINS.
Tues- Walked 45 mins
Weds- Walked 90 mins

oh ehy there TOM started monday, will be done for friday weigh in thankfully ( sadly will screw up other contest i'm in since i'm showing a gain atm)

1 hour and 45 mins monday, felt bleh
1 hours today got a new skipping rope today so i shall be skippign most of the rest of my exercise away while blaring the radio outside.


btw tam the treadmill run opnly counts if you ran the 1/2 mile in under 5 mins. but congrats on runnign it anyways.
I have been napping becuase it's sorta awesome and easy for me to do.
 
Week 8—Pamplona to Brussels 19hrs 46min (by train). 6hrs 36min split 3 ways.

Belgium is probably most famous for beer, chocolate and lace. And while the idea of sitting around in lacy underwear drinking beer and eating chocolate might be very appealing to many of you (it certainly is to me ), it isn’t very conducive to weight loss, and you’d have far too much fun. Therefore, this last Roadblock isn’t nearly as delightful. Eat 20 Brussels sprouts over the course of the week. I don’t think Brussels sprouts originated in Brussels, and I never ate any while I was there, but oh well, I can’t think of anything else to make you do.

Only one person per team needs to do this. However, each teammate must do at least one roadblock, so if you haven't done one yet--this one's for you. Happy eating.

Oh, and congratulations for having made it to the final week.

Hurrah for that I only like them smothered in cheese.
got 2 hours in yesterday
1 hour ddr (played mostly high speed songs over songs with more complicated steps so as to kee my heart rate up)
half hour weights
half hour skipping in placed ( turned on some techo and did it in the living room)

i'll update today's exercise at the end of the day.

i'm gonna have a small los i think. tom is tehcnically overish but it depends how much drops off before i weigh in tommorow becuase at the moment i have no loss.
 
I have walked the last 2 days 3+ miles and recorded it up there lol!
I also saw me down 1 lb and thats with calories in the 1,800's!!!!!!!:svengo:

guess who has a job now ^-^ sucks that this contest ends right before my jobs starts. as a window cleaner i could totally count my job as exercise hours. up and down ladders all day.

least my job wotn interfere with how many hours i can work out.

Ive been good all week - have 7 hrs of exercise in and everyhting else done...Im pullin for us ladies!!! Im not sure about the weight but it is looking promising...
 
Umbra has food poisoning, it is not of the pleasant and i felt so bad thinkign i needed my stats updated for midnigth friday and i was dead to the world at that point

Exersice Bunnies We Rocked And Did Really Well To Where We Should Have Been Called "the Energizer Bunnies Haha We Did All This While Working,taking Care Of Kid's,sickness,pregnant,and Drama Lol!! Good Job Ladies *huggs**
