nother 90 minds for monday. racking up a nasty headcold and apparently to omuch cardio makes my nose run like niagara falls and then i can't concentrate.

lol everyone has a break down once or twice tam it's ok just don;t hang yourself up on it and move on.

i'm considering dropping out of the weight loss contest elsewhere on the boards. it's coming to a close soon and don;t feel happy where i've gotten or what i look like. plus i can;lt find the original shirt i was photogrpahed in so my result pictures won't count.

kinda bleh feeling today. we'll see if biggest loser tonight improves my mood.
 
2 hours for tuesday . 1 hour was ddr early in the afternoon. 30 mins was weights while watching biggest loser , 30 mins was aerobics doen while watching biggest loser.

apprently this lower calorie thing is working nicely if leaving me exhausted all hell.
 
Hey Ladies - sry I havent really been checkin in - My sodium weight is coming off slowly and today is my first no cheat or eat crap day...HAHAHA

So on

Sat - 1.5 hrs of gardening and a 30 min walk
Mon - 1.25 hrs gardening and 30 min walk
Tues - 1.5 hrs of yard work
Wed - 45 mins Yoga and 60 min walk

A total of 7.0 hrs....

I must have lost somethign along t he was cuz I am at 7 hrs to my calculations - I know I have down 7 hrs - lol...I have obviously forgoten what it was but I add it up as I go...it was prob a 30 min walk somewhere - oh ya it was - on sat I also took the dog for a 30 min walk
Your all doing great - Ive had another rough week battling food but I think Im gettin back on track now:)

I feel so dead, i think next week i have to bring my calories back up before i lose my mind. on the bright side i'm gonna have at least a 1ln weight loss this week.

and i'm staying in the other contest becuase my fiancee demands it.

Im a single mom raisin two girls I can understand buget for sure...LOL
 
she demands i finish what i start. she's not being mean about it just insisting i not run away from thigns becuase i don't like how they are going.

i have the utmost respect for single mothers.
 
Ok gals I have a "BOMB" to drop...."I AM PREGNANT"!!! I am not happy right now but in time I will be.I have 4 kids and a 5th wowzer plus all the weight I have lost..:+(..My brother however made me feel a little better by saying there are 2 chicks at his gym that still workout and beside their baby bump they look great and they do it all just not HEAVY lifting so I am going to google search what I can do.I know I can still treadmill it and swim and maybe regular situps NOT using the 9 lb balls.I dont want to let this effect my hard work and I need to find happiness as you know me and hubby has had our problems now I feel we have to work things out.Anyway I will be back later just wanted to share the info so you know whats been on my mind..OH IT GETS BETTER LMAO!!!My due date would be CHRISTMAS EVE!!
PS I will try still to finish the challange!I did weigh the same this morning so far lol!
 
aside from the husband problems i'm so happy for you.
I'm glad you're sticking with us but don't push yourself, you and baby need a lot of nourishment and not a lot of stress. A christmas child would be very cute and then hate you forever becuase they'd never get as many presants.

Well Ladies - I am sorry - I finally got all my sodium weight off and got my eating under control - I was hoping for 231 this am on the scale adn got 234.4...TOM came a day early and surprized me - If we continue on - well we will anyway cuz you can do the second chance - which Tam won last time and I came in second - lol...I promise a loss for next week Im so pissed off! Next week and weightin will be hard though as I am on nights all next week...
 
1 hour ddr thursday body is starting to fail and hurt pretty badly. it really really hates 1300 calories apparently.

total time of 585 mins

lost an extra.1 since wednesday so it's 1.1lbs for me this week.

already had mah daily nap so i'm all good for this weeks detour so far.

This might seem daunting coming out of the blue, especially after losing so much weight but this is definitelly something positive and happy. Take it as a challenge to stay fit and healthy! I am sure there are plenty of exercises oriented towards the special needs of the future mums. You are going to be a real hot momma!

What does he think about the V-word? :rofl: I'm sure you'll have a better pregnancy now that you've lost all that weight. And you can keep up nearly all your exercise until you feel too rotound and exhausted to do it..lol

Ladyumbra--Cerella is right--you really do need to up your calories. All the exercise you're doing requires you to eat more--your body needs fuel. You should not be exhausted like you are. At your weight, and with the exercise you do, you should not eat less than 1600 cals a day--bare minimum. 1800-2000 would be better. I say this b/c you WILL lower your metabolism by continuing to eat so little. Eventually your body will adjust to the lower amount, and your weightloss will grind to a halt--and you will have starved yourself for nothing. :eek:

I'll see how that works out for the next few weeks before trying 1600 or 1700 and go from there. i really hoped a massive calorie deficit would cause major loss but all it did was make me exhausted and apparently more prone to making mistakes while playing ddr ( my 100 combos where have you gone *sobs*) thanks for watching out for me.

TY all and I am still in it I think I can run a 1/2 mile on the DREADMILL one day this week and a freaking NAP hallaluya lmao I can do this definatley is there a LIMIT on the naps hahaha??
My biggest thing is I doubt I can lose weight but I will try to stay the same atleast!! Well lets kick butt ladies we close to last!!HUGGS TAMMY
 
We need to try really hard to get into next week and be one of the last week competing teams...Stupid TOM should be gone in a day or so and im working nights so I tend to eat less and I will focus on my good low foods and Im gonna start going back to water areobics
 
how is water arobics??????Cuz my gym has 2 classes mon and weds and you dont have to sighn up basically just show up and do the class/
 
1 hour for sat and 1 hour today. just starting to get my energy back. weather is in the 20's now so it's time to sweat more weight off jogging mostly outside.
got in another nap today.

tam if you can stay steady cerella and i should be able to hodl our in the weight loss department. i'm due for TOM starting monday but I'll be done by friday so my weight should be stable again.
