Due to living alone with my single father, food nutrition doesn't always come first at my house, the most i can do with food is eat more sensible portions and avoid junk. Im using my school gym which has very nice equipment. I need to become more lean. Reduced belly fat, eliminate "man-boobs", develop a more veiny and leaner physique, i am not that interested in getting huge muscles, but i would like more definition in my arms. I walk to school every day, so my legs are already good. Please Help me figure out what type of regimen i should use. I want to train 2-4 days a week 1/2-1 hour a day. My favorite exercise is running. Please encorporate that. Thanks everyone in advance for helping me out. Im kinda new to this and i just want to improve how i look and feel about myself. I need Help.
