Well hello everyone!
I gained two pounds. But I can tell you I earned it. I tried to eat some chocolate and what not and ended up sick and gaining weight... icks.


but I went on fitday.com and decided to check out my caloric count and it was astronomical, either its too high or too low ...


so I have decided to be kinder to my body and try to eat right and with in reason, so this morning I am having two scrambled eggs, with Pumpernickel bread, toasted. Sounds good to me!

Hello all, I started in this forum around May time and did really well then lost the plot and I am getting my act together so to speak. Love this challenge that was set up (THANKS FOLKS) and will be joining you all. Starting today but will weigh in Sunday too, need to be accountable from today.

Valentines day is the anniversary of my first date with my husband and we always go for a nice meal, wouldn't it be nice if I could fit into something nice.

Pretty good first week for me, especially because we've been snowed in at home so I haven't been able to exercise all week, (I'm hoping to try the couch to 5k program, if anyone has any advice on starting this I'd love to hear it!!). Hopefully the snow will melt soon!

I always find it hard to lose for more than two weeks in a row, hence why I;ve been stuck in the 190's for over a year now, so I haven't gotten too excited over losing this week yet, I'll be excited if I can get to goal by Valentines!!
 
I'm loving this challenge :) i've got a gorgeous dress to wear for valentines day, and it fits me but its really clingy stretchy material so it'll look a lot nicer 10 pounds thinner :D
