Keep plugging away :) you are doing awesome! Great job on catching yourself, knowing your problem times is half the battle... congrats on making this bump in the road smaller than in the past.
 
Week 1: January 5th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs (did not start programme yet)
Week 2: January 12th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs
Week 3: January 18th - 94.7kg/207.78lbs ( 3kg/6.6lbs down!)
Week 4: January 27th - 94.7kg
Week 5: Feb 2nd - 93kg
Week 6: February 9th - 92.6kg
Week 7: February 14th -
 
Seeing as Valentine's is 4 days away, I definitely WON'T make it to my goal of 90kg. I'm at 92.6kg and unless I start amputating something I won't lose 2.6kg/5.72lbs in the next four days!!

Still, I lose 19.5cm/7.78inches since i first measured 18 days ago on Jan 23rd so not doing too badly, it's just not showing in the pounds on the scale!!

Late posting but even though it went up, it is dropping back down as it is 378 today (10th). the goal was 371. Not going to hit it but I will be happy with 375!

Hmmmm got up this morning and the scale read 231 :party:so only a slight derailment woohoo!

Congrats everyone, to those who have lost a HUGE woohoo!! and to those who have posted gains huge respect for the tenacity it takes to go backwards a little bit but work your butt off to go back forwards again.
 
Starting weight= 213.2 lbs
End weight= 192 lbs

Week 1: January 1st - 213.2 lbs
Week 2: January 8th - 206.8 lbs - yeah! Take that TOM bloating. Still sticking to the food and sort of to the exercise.
Week 3: January 15th - 202.6 lbs - still going in the right direction, thank God.
Week 4: January 22nd - 201 lbs - Lost a bit less this week BUT adjusted my food up from 1200 to 1400 and only managed to get out jogging half of what I normally do. Still lost weight. Am startin HIIT tomorrow so hopefully will lose a bit more next week. Still - when I pass 200, I will readjust my goals.

Week 5: January 28th/29th - 197.2 lbs - Weighed early and yeah! Finally broke into the 190s. I have lost 16lbs so far and gone from 15 stone 3 pounds to 14 stone 1 pound. I want to put it in stone so I can enjoy passing concrete signposts.
Week 6: February 5th - 193.8 - Insane week of eating much more than my calorie allocation but seemed to reboot my weight loss. Very exciting. Getting closer to my goal. Currently 13 stone 11 pounds. Into the 13s! Yes! From the 15s to the 13s in six weeks. Another six/seven weeks hopefully to go from the 13s to the 11s.
Week 7: February 12th - 192 - Yes! Yes! Reached my goal weight. Posting early for Valentines day as I'm off on holiday tomorrow. So happy! I hope when I get back next week there is another challenge. Please automatically sign me up!

So happy! Am a UK size 16 and just went shopping for some new clothes on the way down. See you guys in a week! This has been a surreal few weeks. Going on holiday and then back to the grindstone of dieting.

Week 5: Jan 31st = 212.5 lbs (+0.4 lbs)
Week 6: Feb 7th = 211.4 lbs (-1.1 lbs)
Week 7: February 14th = 212.7 (+1.3 lbs)

9 pounds lost. Not too bad. Not the supernumbers I wished for but it is still almost 10 pounds. I missed my goal by 2 pounds for the 375 and 6 pounds for the 371.

Oh well, lost is lost!

Starting weight= 284.2 pounds, it sucks, I was 280 pounds before the Holidays, at least it was four pounds less, now I have to lose them again, ugh, icks.

Goal weight= 277 pounds .. I am making my goal more doable.

Week 1: January 1st -284.2 pounds

Week 2: January 8th -286.2 pounds.

had a few binges. And than I got sick from eating. and now I know after going on fitday.com why I am not losing and what I can do to stop the cycle. So I know I will have a loss for the fifteenth, so I dont feel too bad! :)

Week 3: January 15th - 284.4 pounds,

Only 2oz away from two pounds lost, I am so excited, been speed walking, its been beautiful weather. yea!! Gonna keep rocking and the scale is going to go down for sure!!

Week 4: January 24th oops forgot to weigh in on the 22nd - 280.2 pounds YEA, a loss!!

Week 5: January 29th -

Week 6: February 5th - 282.1 pounds, icks, but I went off the wagon and now I am back!!

AT least I lost a couple pounds. I have been sufferring from major depression. I am so lost. But I am going walking tomorrow. So we will see. I go out tomorrow night and see my niece and Katie, my fiance sister, we are going to go out and celebrate her bday... Viviens....she will be six...and man did I spoil her!! holy meow. But it will be and is well worth it!

Goal weight= 95kg (209.5lbs)

Week 1: January 3rd - 100kg
Week 2: January 10th - 98kg
Week 3: January 17th - 97kg
Week 4: January 24th - 97kg (but feeling slightly slimmer, maybe muscle build up)
Week 5: January 31st - 96.5kg
Week 6: February 7th - 95.5kg (feeling confident I'll hit my goal!!!)
Week 7: February 14th - 94kg!!!!!!! That's 207lbs!!!!!!!

I am so happy that I exceeded my goal by a whole kg! So I lost 6kg all up.

This is the first time I have ever jumped on board one of these challenges and 1) stuck it out, 2) achieved my goal.

Very happy right now!

I have never set up a challenge. It is to see who loses the most weight, plus supporting each other.
I just know that I lost alot of weight over this challenge last year. It was a good challenge and I really shocked myself. ...
