Week 2: January 12th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs (started on January 10th)
Week 3: January 19th - 94.7kg/207.78lbs ( 3kg/6.6lbs down!)
Week 4: January 26th - 94.7kg/207.78lbs ( 3kg/6.6lbs down -- Stayed the same!)
Week 5: Feb 1st -
Week 6: February 8th -
Week 7: February 14th -

Ive changed my valentines goal from 230 to 225 because im past 230 now- so im giving myself the final 3 weeks to lose 3lbs.

I'm pretty disappointed with myself. I guess I've slacked off a bit. This has given me a little shock to refocus my efforts.

You really shouldnt be upset with the scale, its going down ..which is what it needs to do. Some weeks your going to lose two pounds, other weeks one and maybe three, it all just depends ...

but its awesome how much weight you have lost! Keep your chin up!

Starting weight= 213.2 lbs
Goal weight= 192 lbs

Week 1: January 1st - 213.2 lbs
Week 2: January 8th - 206.8 lbs - yeah! Take that TOM bloating. Still sticking to the food and sort of to the exercise.
Week 3: January 15th - 202.6 lbs - still going in the right direction, thank God.
Week 4: January 22nd - 201 lbs - Lost a bit less this week BUT adjusted my food up from 1200 to 1400 and only managed to get out jogging half of what I normally do. Still lost weight. Am startin HIIT tomorrow so hopefully will lose a bit more next week. Still - when I pass 200, I will readjust my goals.

Week 5: January 28th/29th - 197.2 lbs - Weighed early and yeah! Finally broke into the 190s. I have lost 16lbs so far and gone from 15 stone 3 pounds to 14 stone 1 pound. I want to put it in stone so I can enjoy passing concrete signposts.

My next goal is to reach the 13 stone something weight. Which happens at 195 pounds. My new goal weight is 192 pounds for Valentines day is 192 pounds or 13 stone 10 pounds. Then I would have lost 10% of my body weight.
 
I havent been able to update cause I moved in with my brother and haven't got a computer :( but I've been keeping a note of my weight anyway :D

Keep up the good work. I wanted a challenge that had a lot of support and give and take .. I hope I can do the "spring for April!" next, so we can just continue from Feb14th.. I will see if I can set it up next week ..and we can do our weigh in on VDAY and plus it into our intro for the "Spring for April" challenge..

(sneaky weigh in January 30th: 93.5/206.13lbs (1.2kg/2.65lbs down)

Goal is to be a size smaller, so fit into 18s easily. ALL 18s. If I get to goal, that would be a 7.7kg loss which is 16.98lbs and over a stone!!

Ive had a really bad week... Fallen totally backwards, but I havent given up, I hope by the next weigh in to be one or two pounds lighter, back to 282 pounds... one thing, was the teens weather and 23mph winds. I didnt really want to walk in them ... it was so brrr cold. I dont have a gym nearby, sucks butt. There is a curves, but I dont have the money, maybe I shouuld suck it up and try to save for it. Its twenty minute walk, or thirty mintue walk to it. But one of the things Im afraid of, is working up a sweat and walking home in the teens temps and getting a cold .. I know...sounds wierd, But 'I WILL sweat my butt off. but I am doing aerobics today for thirty minutes to an hour...and tomorrow and all week walking, it will be in the twenties and get to 37 degrees by next week. Of course the warmer days are on days it will be snowing, but I dont care about snowing. I will go, because it will be warm, odd huh! It is really nice on snow days, always look forward to them, because it means warmer days .. I know its odd, but I can trudge through snow and speed walk through it ..its a good work out, but .... through the teen degree temps ...and high wind chill factors... around nine am its supposed to be five degrees... yikes and at the peek of the day 18 degrees with 24mph winds ...icks .. should I go walking? or do aerobics? I think I will do aerobics? What do you think? its going to be -1 trully cold at eight am..weird huh... wow from -1 to 5 degress, but thats it. My Fiance is going out at seven thirty am...and its only supposed to be around 5 degrees too... weirdness ..its stay the same degrees some times in the morning for three hours and in the afternoon, but the peak is at two pm ..between one pm and two thirty pm.. I check the weather every morning and night to see what I should wear outside .. I know ...but its a good idea to know ...

anyway .. I hate the gain!! But I will keep trecking .. I hope to be down to 280.5 by the time VDAY comes .. I am being more realistic...

OK made a decision. I cant seem to stop eating at night, but why not eat fruit. I usually lose weight if I eat fruit at night. I have a huge bag of red seedless grapes, I usually have four oz before bed. but why not four oz before bed and four oz at night ... its half a cup ...I measure it out usually, so its exact! and I will be filled up. The good news is last night before bed I had grapes and I didnt wake up hungry until three am, which I usually wake up at one am or twelve thirty am and eat. But I can stave off my hunger, by eating grapes before bed, less than half a cup, and having grapes at night quickly and going back to bed... the news, they have calories but not fat. And I am going to add them to my log every morning for them to be taken into account and needed to be worked out by exercise and what not. But I think that sounds like a good plan ...

and I am walking today, as long as Derek comes home at four pm. I am going to walk to meet him in this awful temp and awful wind chill. It will be 15 degrees and wind of 25 mph, sucks butt, but getting out there!! When I meet him on the street in front of Wallgreens, the pharmacy, across from the Commons , I will walk a total of thirty minutes, and I will have my calorice deficit, along with the 205 I already cut out ...

So I am feeling good!

Ready to roll! Not going to let the way in bother me! What do you think peeps?

Good job everyone for tabulating and have the courage to put all your weights up. Fox and a couple peeps are looking forward to the "Spring for April" challenge, than I will set it up on the first week of February, so its all set to go for Feb14th weigh ins which will be entered as your start weights on 'Spring for April" and we will do another Seven week Challenge. I already have an idea after that for another challenge, so we will keep up the great work ... Keep trecking everyone

and bublicious you might be at a plateau, I know I am and it sucks, but I keep walking and eventually the weight will go under 280.. last time I was at this point I was at a plateau. It can be very hard, seeing the scale stay the same and flucuate up... but keep it up girl... you can do it! We are all in this together everyone. We can do this and continue with goals in the next challenge. Keep trecking and congrats on the losses too everyone. I am down three pounds, but I dont care right now, what matters is what it says on weigh in day. ... I am going on the rag by next weeks and all the signs for the not hippest time of the month are showing up ..so I dont see a loss for myelf .. icks and I am starting to crave the sweet .. I even said today.. "damn what I would give for an ice cream" but I havent had anything bad just about for a month and a half. So I am going out wednesday and having ice cream. Just a little, to share with Derek. It will not have much for chocolate. Chocolate makes me sick, but I will enjoy cheating just that once. WE cant afford to go out and I refuse to by pints or gallons .. I would rather by one shot ice cream, with only a little, and more costly, but I only get one shot and there wont be any at home... to feast on lol
