Anyway .. Hey everyone, I am happy I finally lost something, but the only reason I lost was because I finally decided to start entering my caloric intake on fitday.com and actually listening to what everyone has been telling me about caloric deficit. Now I know.
and kudos to anyone who tried to lose, but gained... we still have some weeks, don't focus on the final goal so much, as a loss. You will have a loss. I see alot of peeps are on their way down, even when they have gone up. We have hills and highways. Hills are up ..they are hard to reach and sometimes its smooth as travelling down the highway with your music blasting and your radio going and all you know is there is no traffic around and you can zoom to the finish line, but we all have hills and we have all those highwayish days, we win, we lose, but in the end, we always walk away a winner ..so congrats to all and we still have till VDAY so dont give up, keep on the light side and just keep trecking ...
I am going to set up and another seven week challenge ...
which Tutti~Frutti pointed out would be seven weeks from VDAY to April fourth,
"Spring for April!" Or I was thinking till the end of April ... but we can do something between April and maybe May after the
"Spring for April!"
What I was thinking is Spring, meaning the time of season, plus the challenge putting a little more "spring" in our step could lead to more weight loss and continue our challenge into another season and time for a new season, new starts, new gains, new losses, new finishes ... even though it never ends. We are all on a journey ...
so what do you think about
"Spring for April!" with a little spring in your step. or even a jog or run, whatever your prefer. Ttylater
