I guess I'm coming in late here so I'll just post my Jan 1st weight and my Feb 14th weight. I kind of had a goal in mind by Feb 14th anyway.

Jan 1st: 215.5
Current: 213.5
Feb 14th: ???.?

My goal is 210.0. :)

Good Morning All on the Velentines Challenge, well done to those who have lost and well done for those who have gained for posting and trying.

To work out %, its (Total Pounds Lost / Start weight) x 100 = Answer.

Starting weight= 12.5/173lbs (8th Jan)
Goal weight=11.7/161lbs

Week 1: 10th Jan (171) - GOAL 161
Week 2: 17th Jan (167) - GOAL 161 - LOSS 4LBS
Week 3: Jan 24th (167.2)- GOAL 161
Week 4: Jan 31st ____ - GOAL 161
Week 5: Feb 7th ____ - GOAL 161
Week 6: February 14th! Happy Valentines Day!!! _____

Gained .2lbs this week but not overly unhappy about that as I have had a few treats and know I did a lot less exercise. Exercise is definatley key for me to beat this and get the pounds off. I do not wish to be stick thin just comfy in my clothes and feeling fitter.

Again no loss for me , but I did finally join a gym on Friday and I've actually been enjoying going for the first time ever, so aiming to go 5 times this week and improve the eating habits even more, hoping for a big loss next week!

"Starting weight= 284.2 pounds, it sucks, I was 280 pounds before the Holidays, at least it was four pounds less, now I have to lose them again, ugh, icks.

Goal weight= 277 pounds .. I am making my goal more doable.

Week 1: January 1st -284.2 pounds

Week 2: January 8th -286.2 pounds.

had a few binges. And than I got sick from eating. and now I know after going on fitday.com why I am not losing and what I can do to stop the cycle. So I know I will have a loss for the fifteenth, so I dont feel too bad!

Week 3: January 15th - 284.4 pounds,

Only 2oz away from two pounds lost, I am so excited, been speed walking, its been beautiful weather. yea!! Gonna keep rocking and the scale is going to go down for sure!!


Week four: 24th, forgot about the 22nd: 208.2 pounds!! yea a loss!! Yippeee!

So I have had a loss, I figured out how to eat finally, with caloric intake and deficit. Man is it tuff to figure that stuff out, and what to eat and all that, but alas.. I have. I have finally made a big step in my journey. I didnt eat after a certain time last night, was not hungry at all last night and I didnt eat until nine am, which I wasnt really hungry, but I am trying to get myself to a schedule and so nine am is breakfast time!

Anyway .. Hey everyone, I am happy I finally lost something, but the only reason I lost was because I finally decided to start entering my caloric intake on fitday.com and actually listening to what everyone has been telling me about caloric deficit. Now I know.

and kudos to anyone who tried to lose, but gained... we still have some weeks, don't focus on the final goal so much, as a loss. You will have a loss. I see alot of peeps are on their way down, even when they have gone up. We have hills and highways. Hills are up ..they are hard to reach and sometimes its smooth as travelling down the highway with your music blasting and your radio going and all you know is there is no traffic around and you can zoom to the finish line, but we all have hills and we have all those highwayish days, we win, we lose, but in the end, we always walk away a winner ..so congrats to all and we still have till VDAY so dont give up, keep on the light side and just keep trecking ...

I am going to set up and another seven week challenge ...

which Tutti~Frutti pointed out would be seven weeks from VDAY to April fourth,

"Spring for April!" Or I was thinking till the end of April ... but we can do something between April and maybe May after the
"Spring for April!"

What I was thinking is Spring, meaning the time of season, plus the challenge putting a little more "spring" in our step could lead to more weight loss and continue our challenge into another season and time for a new season, new starts, new gains, new losses, new finishes ... even though it never ends. We are all on a journey ...

so what do you think about

"Spring for April!" with a little spring in your step. or even a jog or run, whatever your prefer. Ttylater

I'm really hoping to hit my goal on this challenge this week (Tuesday) but it's not looking too promising! But, I've been doing all the right things, just need to kick up the exercise a notch (or 10!)..
 
Starting weight= 97.7kg/215.4lbs
Goal weight= 90kg/198.4lbs (by valentine's day)
Final goal weight= 65kg/143lbs (size 10UK)

Week 1: January 5th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs (did not start programme yet)
Week 2: January 12th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs (started on January 10th)
Week 3: January 19th - 94.7kg/207.78lbs ( 3kg/6.6lbs down!)
Week 4: January 26th - (GOAL 94kg/207.23kg)
Week 5: Feb 1st -
Week 6: February 8th -
Week 7: February 14th -

I notice you going up and down and I dont want you getting discouraged, or anyone else for that matter... you can do this. Its a long journey. Dont get disappointed if you gain a little, we all go through times like that, just stay on board and you should see a loss, its still less than what you started with and you will have quite a bit of time to reach something of a loss! so keep trecking hun!

I am breaking a little rule ..
and getting myself a little ozs of a 99 cent package of gummy bears lmao.. I know! but I think Ive gone some days with out anything sweet. Its time to have a sweet, finally .. yea!! I know that sounds odd, but I have pretty much cut them out of my life, so... once in a while is fine by me!!

and it in the middle of my walk, taking the loooonnnggg way to the store ..

Keep trecking all ..oh also .. I am sharing my treat with my man. He loved chocolate, still does, ice cream too, but not allowwed ... He actually suggested we get a pint of ice cream to share, but that would throw away all my good work... although I will be walking like some wraith :reddevil::reddevil::reddevil: is after me! bahhh!! So .. maybe a vanilla, no chocolate. I threw it out of my diet so much, that chocolate makes me so damn sick! Which is good, but I miss the taste, oh well ..its all for the good of my body! lol Maybe we will pick up a little cream soda. Its a good day to be a little naughty ...
its not always bad to be naughty. I will just make sure I will be walking like mad to make up for those calories lol ..and consider it apart of my calorics intake .. so I wont go over the deficit ...will be tight ..but thats ok... we will be sharing ..if I can eat it at all, which probably not, seeing as I dont eat sweets, they make me sick .. but hell.. I am going to try to enjoy the fine taste of naughty, just for today!!

I'm pretty disappointed with myself. I guess I've slacked off a bit. This has given me a little shock to refocus my efforts.

Gotta keep on trying, everyone has times when they feel like giving up. x
