Hi, Not the best week for me, but completely my own fault, no exercise at all! Aim for this week is 5 days exercise.... starting now, just heading off for a walk.

Starting weight= 198.1
Goal weight= 185 lbs

Week 1: January 3rd - 198.1 lbs
Week 2: January 10th - 195.5 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Week 3: January 17th - 196.3 lbs (+0.8 lbs)
Week 4: January 24th -
Week 5: January 31st -
Week 6: February 7th -
Week 7: February 14th -

Just think, you are still lower than where you started, just think by next week.. incredible ... your doing a great job!!

LOL, ok well I took your advice and weighed anyhow... and surprised myself :) water weight or not, 191.0 on the scales this morning, so 3lb down from last week!

Well done, to you all! I'll join, too!! I only started on January 10th but that's okay!

Starting weight= 97.7kg/215.4lbs
Goal weight= 90kg/198.4lbs (by valentine's day)
Final goal weight= 65kg/143lbs (size 10UK)

Week 1: January 5th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs (did not start programme yet)
Week 2: January 12th - 97.7kg/215.4lbs
Week 3: January 19th - 94.7kg/207.78lbs ( 3kg/6.6lbs down!)
Week 4: January 26th -
Week 5: Feb 1st st -
Week 6: February 8th -
Week 7: February 14th -

Goal is to be a size smaller, so fit into 18s easily. ALL 18s. If I get to goal, that would be a 7.7kg loss which is 16.98lbs and over a stone!!

I'm in London as well and a size 8 to 10 is my ultimate goal! Well done on your weight loss so far - it's pretty amazing. You only started on the 10th so you are powering through it. I really want to reach the 190s (though I don't think it will happen by Fri. LOL.

This is so exciting.
 
I was a bit disheartened to let myself get over the 200 threshhold but there's no where to go here except DOWN!

I'm hoping to get down to 198 for this challenge by Valentine's Day!

Just think of us looking and feeling so much better by then. In my case, I won't probably feel too good because I'll still be wearing big sizes, but still, there's a long road ahead and so far there've been no speed bumps!
 
is it too late to join. I started my diet on the 31 of December. so do i count weight lost from then or from now??? lost 7 lbs since i started.

so could someone let me know when to start the count or if it matters???

dont think of it as, I am still going to be in the bigger sizes. Just think you are going to be in the 190s soon. Think about all the new clothing you will get to buy after you reach that point or go lower.. keep trecking ..stay positive .. I know it can be hard, especially seeing others who will be wearing sizes less than yours ..

but we are in this together ...
keep trecking hun and think of what you doing for your body... your becoming healthier and thinner and you are starting to reach toward your goals ..keep trecking .. your doing it!

ok. so last week I was 283 ..its registering for the past two days on my digital scale 281.4 .. I may have a loss this week... granted I keep trecking and increase the amount I walk and keep with the healthy eating ... I am off a medicine that might have made me gain weight, that could also be part of the loss, but this week I just started the exercise part. My sugars have been normal, very happy about that. I can honestly say, I am happy to be me! I sometimes look at others on the forum, and think. "Man would I love to weight that!" but I am rather happy, the sweetest deal will be when I am off this damn plateau and back in the 270s and two years ago I was down to 269pounds and I looked damn good.. I have a certain body type that can handle the larger size. I looker thinner than
I am ...but I dont care, I want to be 150-160 in the end. I am 5'6 ... so ... wow ... I cant believe I lost .. I was putting myself down, thinking I would never lose weight, but I am happy, because I am proving my bad attitude wrong and now I am becoming more positive ...

but

Congrats to all that have had losses and kudos for peeps who wrote their weight down, even though they gained. You will have losses.. they will come to you. When I gained at first I thought "oh crud", but ... the scale can be kind and as long as we are all working toward our goals ... we will finish this ahead ...
