is it too late to join. I started my diet on the 31 of December. so do i count weight lost from then or from now??? lost 7 lbs since i started.
so could someone let me know when to start the count or if it matters???
I was a bit disheartened to let myself get over the 200 threshhold but there's no where to go here except DOWN!

Just think of us looking and feeling so much better by then. In my case, I won't probably feel too good because I'll still be wearing big sizes, but still, there's a long road ahead and so far there've been no speed bumps!
LOL, ok well I took your advice and weighed anyhow... and surprised myself water weight or not, 191.0 on the scales this morning, so 3lb down from last week!
