Hello, figured I would set mine up. Thanks guys for being so patient. :)

Week 2: 17th Jan ____
Week 3: Jan 24th ____
Week 4: Jan 31st ____
Week 5: Feb 7th ______
Week 6: February 14th! Happy Valentines Day!!! _____

End weight: ______

I hope to lose about what I lost last night ... nine pounds. It was a good run, but with this cold weather and no gym membership, I am wondering how I will do, u know.

Thats a good question Korrie. I am going to put my weight down from the first Sunday in January. Just because I want to start right off the bat, but others can enter their weigh in if they want, but the official date for the weigh in is the tenth,
I am just entering mine to hold myself accountable at the start of January. I have been horrid. Chocolate, too much chocolate. We gave away most of it.... but we still have the cocoa, which is thinning out and he has hid is choco cherry kisses and thats all the chocolate we have.

I broke down bad on the holiday, the lifestyle went out the window, hopefully New Years Eve wont be bad, but we have a lot of chocolate lovers in my complex and we are having a party New Years Eve lol

Yep, that's what I'm proposing. Maybe I'm just anxious to get started right from the beginning of January. :)
 
I already set a goal for Valentine's Day, so I am in :) However, I weigh in on Friday's, so I will adjust the dates accordingly.

Starting weight= 137.2
Goal weight= 133

Week 1: January 1st - 137.2
Week 2: January 8th - 138.0
Week 3: January 15th - 135.2
Week 4: January 22nd - 136.0
Week 5: January 29th - 135.6
Week 6: February 5th - 135.0
Week 7: February 12th - 135.2

End weight: 135.2 ... PSSSHHH only 2 pounds! Come onnnn.
% Lost: (2 / 137.2) x 100 = 1.458)

I don't think it really matters as long as we lose weight ;)

Goal weight= 147.4

Week 1: January 1st - 159.5
Week 2: January 8th - 158.4
Week 3: January 15th - 155.1
Week 4: January 22nd - 154
Week 5: January 29th - 156.2
Week 6: February 5th - 154
Week 7: February 12th - 154

End weight: 154
% Lost: 3.5% ((Total Pounds Lost / Start weight) x 100 = Answer.)

My weigh-ins are on Fridays, so here are my dates:

I am just adding ,or was going to add, my weigh in on this first Sunday, scary.

My sister had her bday and demanded chinese food and cake. I kept dropping hints about sugars, ect.... but they didnt take to it... even said I get really sick when
I have that food, nope ... but I only had barely a plate full and turns out my sugar is in the right place for once ... Thanks ...to metformin ...

another lesson learned... They can still force it down my throat, even though I am 32! I was so pissed, but I bought my sister a haircut and she just started dating again, too busy getting a grad degree.. I thnk it was an ok day ... maybe tomorrow will be even better...


but the weigh in day will be the end of the first week in January ... Friday is good if you weigh yourself on Friday ... everybody has a weigh in day, and those days are important, I know that very well. It will take me some getting used to a thursday weigh in, usually I weigh in on Monday, didnt this time... the holidays killed me!


anyway I will read down the thread, hope all is doing well. Sorry I have been away, the gig, birthday was an all day matter...
