I'm starting a little late but plan on going on from here!
Start Weight = (June 5 2007) 225 lbs.

14 June= 223 lbs
21 June=
28 June=

Finish Weight =
Total Lost in June=
August 31 2007 Goal = 200 lbs. Reward = $300.00 shopping spree
December 31 2007 Goal = 166 lbs. Reward = tattoo
June 8 2008 (31st birthday) Goal = 120 lbs. Reward = (any good ideas?)

03 June= 205. I freaking gained two pounds. Getting sick last month really screwed my metabolism.
I'm kicking it up a few notches and doing the blast off week this week, screw this "krap".

Well, look at that, and honestly all I did was not snack Sun - Thur, may not sound like much but for a girl that eats a bag of chips and dip every night, it was a challenge.

i've not been on this forum in a very long time, but i need definitely help in getting my goals back together, so i'm in for the challenge, though i'm super late. i'll weigh myself in the morning and go from there. i certainly hope this is okay.

Ready for the challenge

This is exactly what I need to keep me on track!!! Thanks!!
I take my weight on Thursdays.

Target loss for June: 6 lbs min.

Start Weight: 172.5 (May 31st)

07 June= 171 (1.5 lb, not bad for me !!)
14 June= 171.5 (???? I think TOM is coming this week but still??? And I exercised every day!!)
21 June= 169.5 (I exercised 7days/week but oh well, at least I am losing !!)
28June= 169.5 (I do not understand, no loss from last week.)

Total Lost in June= -3 lbs (terrible)

No matter how hard I try the most I could lose weekly 'till now was an average 0.6 lb/week. And I exercise 4-5 times a week and eat very sensibly!!
06/21/07: I guess I won't be making my 6 lbs loss goal this month. Well, looking at it positively : I am now in 160's!! Oh Yeah!!!
06/28/07: 3 lbs loss total. I was hoping at least for 4 lbs. Oh well, move on to the July weight loss challenge.

oh grrrr, no loss again :/
Im guessing its because im slowly upping my calories to a more 'normal' amount :/
Oh well, on the plus side i get to eat more chocolate :)
