I take my weight on Thursdays.
Start Weight: 172.5 (May 31st)
07 June= 171 (1.5 lb, not bad for me !!)
14 June=
21 June=
28June=
Finish Weight =
Total Lost in June=
No matter how hard I try the most I could lose weekly 'till now was an average 0.6 lb/week. And I exercise 4-5 times a week and eat very sensibly!!
Congrats of the 1.5lb loss
