This is exactly what I need to keep me on track!!! Thanks!!
I take my weight on Thursdays.

Start Weight: 172.5 (May 31st)

07 June= 171 (1.5 lb, not bad for me !!)

No matter how hard I try the most I could lose weekly 'till now was an average 0.6 lb/week. And I exercise 4-5 times a week and eat very sensibly!!

Congrats of the 1.5lb loss :D

I'm a little disappointed this week. I had a loss, but I've been really good with the exercise and food this week. My coworker brings up a valid point, it's been in the 90's all week so I'm retaining water, I know I am because my ankles are huge! haha It is a loss so I can't really complain, just venting a little frustration is all. Who knew I was such a whiner?!? :eek:

I would have liked to loose more, but I can't complain after last week's impressive loss. May gain it back after this weekend, Beer-B-Q's... I think I'll stick to the light beer and the salads, haha.

Actually, I am surprised. I thought I would hit a plateau by now.
 
This is a challenge for June to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

I am very frusturated with this week. I am not sure why my weight is at where it is at. I have done well calorie wise for most of the week and my weight was on it's way down. I have been working out everyday. I am hoping it's because of TOM or the fact that I am building muscle. This is the first time I have done things "right" and my weight went up. I am very confused and frusturated:(

Sucks that the inbetween (may 25 - june 1) hides my 3 lbs weightloss, so I'm just gonna have my start weight beginning in may!!

03 June= 205. I freaking gained two pounds. Getting sick last month really screwed my metabolism.
I'm kicking it up a few notches and doing the blast off week this week, screw this "krap".

Yesterday morning I was at 201 but I did have kind of a cheat day yesterday and I did consume a lot of sodium. I don't think it was the calories because not only did I get my cardio in, I also walked around the mall for 3 hours and I didn't eat THAT much, not enough to gain a pound anyway. Also, I'm getting close to TOM.
