This is a challenge for June to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

Copy and paste the following to a new post - and good luck (if you're part of the 8 week challenge and want to change your weigh in day to Friday - that's fine too - just edit the dates accordingly)

Start Weight = 10st 6lbs (I think thats 146lbs)

01 June= 10st 8lbs (148lbs) I'll have to cut down on my chocolate I think..lol.. not giving up!
08 June= 10 st 6lbs (146lbs) Yipeee I did it !!!!!
15 June= 10 st 12lbs (152lbs) Not good I know..please see my open diary..need to do better.
22 June= 10st 13lbs (153lbs)
29 June= 10st 10lbs =(150lbs) starting to do better..Im trying very hard

Finish Weight = 10st 10lbs
Total Lost in June= I put on 2lbs !!

managed to weigh today. worked last night and o/slept for my dr`s appointment today :doh:i am now less than 11 stone. "see" you all in just over two weeks. slim
 
Joined up too late for the May challenge, so this will be my first! The plan is to be 149 by this time next month!

08 June = 155 (Suprisingly great week, considering all the beer & crap food I had last weekend)

Incredible! I was sure I was going to be straight back where I started after how this week went. Then again, I tried to be careful (but it's so hard when you're away on business!)

I am new here, just joined a couple days a go. Just wanted to give a shout out to everybody. I think this is an awesome forum, full of beautiful people...

I thank my friend for letting me in on the forum ... :)
anyway .. here we go...

01 June= 299
08 June= 300 (birthday yesterday! icks when your trying to lose weight, just puts you in a funk!)
15 June= 297 (yippeeee!!! Lovin' it!)
22 June= 295 (or less, its kind of breaking down to 293... so by next week I may be 293 *crosses fingers*)
29 June= 295 (Stuck! I hate that, but I still lost over this month! yea!!)

Finish Weight = 295
Total Lost in June= 295 (at least I lost four pounds! :))

Sucks that the inbetween (may 25 - june 1) hides my 3 lbs weightloss, so I'm just gonna have my start weight beginning in may!!

I've been at a stand still for about a month, This will motivate me to keep track better and work harder! Hope to lose maybe 5lbs before I go to California June 29th.

Not really sure why the weight loss was so good this week. Maybe my new iPod really got me going?? Maybe because I had to exercise every evening because of morning meetings?? My diet didn't change, and nothing "special" really happened, so I'm not sure. BUT I'll take it!! :)
