New to the challenge

Well, it's a cloudy, rainy day here in Toronto, so what better way to start the day than by joining this challenge. I'm looking forward to it. I won't go into the blah blah how sad is my life with all this extra weight, as I'm sure you all know the pitfalls of trying on new cloths, seeing yourself in pictures and resisting the evening carb cravings. So, to all of you: GAME ON! (OK, I'm a Canadian, it's a hockey thing).

Start Weight (5/28..end of my May 2lbs a week challange) = 228

04 June= 222 (-6 lbs)....(my plateau ended with a bang!)
11 June= 221 (-1 lbs)....(really suprised, i kinda slacked off, i thought it woulda remain the same)
28 June= 216 (-5 lbs)....(i'm not happy, i have a feeling i lost a lot of water and some muscle)

I love these challenges! I honestly don't think i would be losing weight if it weren't for this motivation. Thank you Mal! In the May chalege i lost 11lbs...
This is my last week before my Panama Holiday...(i'm bound to gain weight on my holiday so i'm hopeing to lose about 2-4# this week to allow for my 5# gain during my holiday... hopefully i can stay on track when i go away...this month should be interesting...my starting weight is 169, i hope to lose 10 lbs to a goal weight of 159...I wish you all well!

im posting a day early as im off on holiday :) early saturday morning for 2 weeks and may not have time tomorrow. got a 13 coach journey ahead of me with 2 kids and nowhere to run around :boxing: . going to pack some healthy grub so i wont be tempted by the choccy bars and crisps en route.keep your fingers x`ed for me that the weather stays fine and i at least dont put on any weight. mums trying to lose a bit of weight too so hopefully wont get too tempted, but i know my parents will have snacks for the kids (goes to pack my handcuffs to stop me reaching for food). slim
