Start Weight = 209lbs

01 June= 208 lbs (-1 yaaaaay )
08 June= 207 lbs (and another one gone )
15 June= 207 lbs (stomach problems)
22 June= 206 lbs (yea one more gone)
29 June= 207 lbs (damn TOM)

Finish Weight = 207 lbs (well i know its because of TOM but what the hell)
Total Lost in June= 2 lbs
 
Start Weight = 169

01 June= 169
03 June= 168
07 June= 167
14 June= 165
18 June= 166
24 June= 163
30 June= 163

Finish Weight = 163
Total Lost in June= 6 lbs. I was hoping for 8.

16.6 lbs to go till im a healthy weight :)

im really pleased this month despite being on holiday for 2 weeks. slim

Total Lost in June= 15.6 pounds, almost double the goal, lol

08 June=235.2 ( down 2.6 pounds! Challenge met!)
15 June=233.6 ( only down 1.6...challenge not met. However, I am still down 4.2 lb. total, so I am on track! More importantly, in the last 4 weeks, I lost 16 inches!!!)
21 June=233.2 ( I lost hardly anything. I was in the ER for a migraine and given two shots which left me woozy for 3 days. So no exercise...blah. At least I maintained, instead of gaining...But I am looking forward to a good weigh in next week!!!)
29 June=231.6 (down 1.6 lbs. Not as much as I wanted...oh well, at least I lost each week.)

Finish Weight = 231.6
Total Lost in June=6.2 lbs, not quite eight, but not too far off!

08 June= 179 (-4!) which I can only attribute to starting Jazzercise this week.
15 June= 177.5 (-1.5)
22 June= 175 (-2.5)
29 June= 172 (-3!)

Finish Weight = 172
Total Lost in June= 11 lbs!!:jump:

This Challenge has been a great motivator for my first month on this forum. I plan to join each monthly challenge until I get to my goal weight.

Wow!!! You should be extra proud. All your hard work payed off big time.

24 June=203.4 TOM back just what I need 2 a month grrr

Finish Weight = 200.6
Total Lost in June=5 So close to goal. I am proud of what I did lose.
Look out onderland..hoping to see you soon.

Goal:199 going to work really hard to get there. i haven't been under 200 in I can't count that high. Long time.

08 June= 148 (yay )
15 June= 148 ( hoping for a better number on Friday)

29 June= 148 (weekend water weight still with me)

Finish Weight = 144
Total Lost in June= 7 pounds! I am happy with that number! :)

I love these challenges! I honestly don't think i would be losing weight if it weren't for this motivation. Thank you Mal! In the May chalege i lost 11lbs...
This is my last week before my Panama Holiday...(i'm bound to gain weight on my holiday so i'm hopeing to lose about 2-4# this week to allow for my 5# gain during my holiday... hopefully i can stay on track when i go away...this month should be interesting...my starting weight is 169, i hope to lose 10 lbs to a goal weight of 159...I wish you all well!

June 4 starting weight 169
June 10 (just before i leave for holidays) = 166
June 18 (back from my holidays...hoping to still be in the negative) = 170
Considering it was my holiday 4# gain isn't too bad...although i feel i gained 8#...I'm so proud of myself because I acctually went to the gym at the resort 3 times during my holiday (cheers for me) I'm hoping to burn it off this week so i can get back to 166 for june 25.

June 25 = 169......NOT SO GREAT!...I havn't been able to kick my holiday eating habits. but i managed to lose 1#. I wasn't keeping up with my food diary and i know i was over eating, but i'm getting back on the right track this week...i stocked the fridge and cabnets with all the right food i hope to be 165 by my next weigh in...I know i will miss my goal of 159 ... but i have to make th most of it now.

July 2 = 169 At least i didn't gain...better luck next month. :-\

I had lost some weight this last week, but gained it back over the weekend. LOL
This was a great motivator!!
 
Start Weight (5/28..end of my May 2lbs a week challange) = 228

04 June= 222 (-6 lbs)....(my plateau ended with a bang!)
11 June= 221 (-1 lbs)....(really suprised, i kinda slacked off, i thought it woulda remain the same)
18 June= 216 (-5 lbs)....(i'm not happy, i have a feeling i lost a lot of water and some muscle)
25 June= 218 (+2 lbs)....(first time I gained weight through one of these challenges..but I have a feeling I am more hydrated :()
02 July= 214 (-4 lbs)...:)D...i smell onederland soon baby! the lightest I have probably weighed in at a long time)

Total Lost in June= 14
