03 June= 205. I freaking gained two pounds. Getting sick last month really screwed my metabolism.
I'm kicking it up a few notches and doing the blast off week this week, screw this "krap".
10 June= 202. Three pounds gone, yea!
17 June= 202, no change.
24 June= 204, Too much sodium yesterday. My hands and feet look like ballons.

I probably would have lost better this week if not for the chocolate bars and root beer floats.

I blame the East Indian Buffet on Thursday night :doh: Actually, I've started counting calories with FitDay, and I've realized that I'm actually not intaking enough calories every day! My daily requirement is something like 2600 calories, and I've only been taking in around 1700.. which probably means my body has been hording what I do eat.. sigh. Anyway, aiming for more fruits and veggies in the day to up my intake! 2000 a day is the approximate goal for the time being.

The last two weeks i didn't follow the program so i make a little progress. Now i want to continue my programm. It's really very hot and that makes hard going to the gym. So maybe i should be more careful about the diet. Are there any suggestions for diet recipes for this hot weather?:doh:

I love these challenges! I honestly don't think i would be losing weight if it weren't for this motivation. Thank you Mal! In the May chalege i lost 11lbs...
This is my last week before my Panama Holiday...(i'm bound to gain weight on my holiday so i'm hopeing to lose about 2-4# this week to allow for my 5# gain during my holiday... hopefully i can stay on track when i go away...this month should be interesting...my starting weight is 169, i hope to lose 10 lbs to a goal weight of 159...I wish you all well!

June 4 starting weight 169
June 10 (just before i leave for holidays) = 166
June 18 (back from my holidays...hoping to still be in the negative) = 170
Considering it was my holiday 4# gain isn't too bad...although i feel i gained 8#...I'm so proud of myself because I acctually went to the gym at the resort 3 times during my holiday (cheers for me) I'm hoping to burn it off this week so i can get back to 166 for june 25.

June 25 = 169......NOT SO GREAT!...I havn't been able to kick my holiday eating habits. but i managed to lose 1#. I wasn't keeping up with my food diary and i know i was over eating, but i'm getting back on the right track this week...i stocked the fridge and cabnets with all the right food i hope to be 165 by my next weigh in...I know i will miss my goal of 159 ... but i have to make th most of it now.

11 June= 221 (-1 lbs)....(really suprised, i kinda slacked off, i thought it woulda remain the same)
18 June= 216 (-5 lbs)....(i'm not happy, i have a feeling i lost a lot of water and some muscle)
25 June= 218 (+2 lbs)....(first time I ganed weight though on of these challenges..but I have a feeling I am more hydrated )

15 June=233.6 ( only down 1.6...challenge not met. However, I am still down 4.2 lb. total, so I am on track! More importantly, in the last 4 weeks, I lost 16 inches!!!)
21 June=233.2 ( I lost hardly anything. I was in the ER for a migraine and given two shots which left me woozy for 3 days. So no exercise...blah. At least I maintained, instead of gaining...But I am looking forward to a good weigh in next week!!!)

This Challenge has been a great motivator for my first month on this forum. I plan to join each monthly challenge until I get to my goal weight.

Ok, I stuck the month out this time. Not a great loss, but at least one is there. I am going to hit up the July challenge and push the month to reach some other goals I have. This is great encouragement.
