I love these challenges! I honestly don't think i would be losing weight if it weren't for this motivation. Thank you Mal! In the May chalege i lost 11lbs...
This is my last week before my Panama Holiday...(i'm bound to gain weight on my holiday so i'm hopeing to lose about 2-4# this week to allow for my 5# gain during my holiday... hopefully i can stay on track when i go away...this month should be interesting...my starting weight is 169, i hope to lose 10 lbs to a goal weight of 159...I wish you all well!

June 4 starting weight 169
June 10 (just before i leave for holidays) = 166
June 18 (back from my holidays...hoping to still be in the negative) = 170
Considering it was my holiday 4# gain isn't too bad...although i feel i gained 8#...I'm so proud of myself because I acctually went to the gym at the resort 3 times during my holiday (cheers for me) I'm hoping to burn it off this week so i can get back to 166 for june 25.

This challenge sounds like a really good idea! I really need short-term goals to focus on, to see that there even is any progress...I'll be posting my weights both in kilos and pounds though, cause my scale is in kilos and I find it easier to calculate in metric.

Im getting increasingly frustrated with poor weather and being unable to get out to do stuff. Also with yet another plateau, no loss yet this month. In fact i gained this week(through overeating at a party on the weekend .. should go easy)
 
Whoops.. been a bit busy, and I know it's only a couple of days til the next weigh-in, but here's my post for last Friday:doh: Unfortunately, there was no change.. but that's better than going up!

Considering I was benched for 5 days due to a knee injury of sorts, not too bad. I do have high hopes for next Friday, though. Going to wrap my knee up and hit the pavement everyday for at least 30 minutes, and being that TOM was here to visit last week also, it should only be good things next week!

19 lbs to go till im a healthy weight
hi all. managed to keep losing whilst on my holidays even though i ate a little bit more than usual. even had a v small portion of fish (- the batter) and chips. mind you i was quite active - climbing castles, running round after the kids on the beach. things i couldnt have done if i had not lost the weight.slim
