i am sooooooooooo sleepy today and did not want to workout.....kept telling myself "i'll make up for it tomorrow and thursday" but im on call on thursday and wont be able to get enough gym time in......so OFF TO THE GYM I GO!!!!!!! ugh so so tired though! hope you all had a wonderful day!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Sounds like everyone is doing very well with the bonus. It is actually getting a little easier to stay away from the junk. I atehigher calories today so I hope it doesn't effect my weigh-in. Went to the gym today, but I was only able to get in 40 min before the gym closed. I think I am pretty close to getting all the points possible.

Wow bmohearn...I think I need to pull out my DDR. Good job!

Biggest Loser Show

Do any of you watch that show? For some reason, i get teary eyed at the ending. But the Paul from the Yellow team when he went into the temptation room and pigged out, found it funny and sad.

Anyway, Tuesday morning got my period. Sorry to u guys on here but tis life. But man that's why I have been craving sweets! Thought it was the restriction of sweets but nope was definitely that and it's a week early, very wierd. Good news is I usually retain about 3lbs water wt, hoping it will drop by Friday. We'll see.

So, I have my husband on board, come next Monday. It's good and bad. Good because he will keep me in line and himself w/out an issue. Can u say Cranky Wife, yeh that wiill be me. I'm sure he would say, "So, What's new?" Myself it is bad, because it pisses me off how easy he can skip wine, sweets, and be soooo good on the eating. Also, he likes cottage cheese, oatmeal, yogurt, etc.. I never have, even when i was eating healthy.

Oh and the lovely other thing, he will drop about 6 lbs in one week and he's not heavy. He's about 192 and 5'11". argh!!!

Anyway, I should be grateful that he cares enough to help me. Ah, don't fool yourself, I think he wouldn't mind a sexy wife again. lol

Let me fill the water bottle.

Speaking of water. At work, they are remodeling the bathrooms on our floor. So, needless to say, about every 30 miinutes I have to go pee from the water. We have to go to an unoccupied floor in the building where a security guard is stationed just for us. Okay, so, now he thinks I have plumbing problems, there every 30 minutes. Now, I feel bad for those who do have plumbing problems, Thank God they aren't having u sign in & sign out after doing your business!!! lol Imagine, mgmt lookiing at the rpt. hmmmm employee John Smith went in at 11:06 and didn't come out until 11:33! Dock his pay! lol okay, crackin myself up over here.

I have to say, this has not been a good week for me as I am usually much better than this when starting a diet. I thiink I wasn't prepared by starting on a Friday and then the year end crunch topped by my period. Though, I really want this to be a life change,not a diet.

Loseit88, aw that's tough, starting your period in the first week--my diet is always thrown at that time of the month!!

No workout today, hoepfully I can get one in tomorrow, I'm in the hospital all day, but if I don't , I'll work it out on the dancefoor when I hit the town!

Loseit: I love The Biggest Loser. Have watched every season except the 3rd season which I just taped recently when the Bravo channel ran the whole season as a marathon. I watch it while I do the bike. I have gotten my husband into the show and we had watched the past season and are now watching the current season together. I get choked up too at times during the show.

On another note, I just finished 60 minutes on the bike. That puts me over the 5 hours needed for the maximum number of exercise points this week. I can't wait until Friday to weigh in. I even bought a new scale so I'm anxious to try it out.

Well blue team, got some good news, and some bad news.
The bad news- I caved into gummi bears. I counted the calories, but obviously no bonus points today.
The good news, even tho I got called into work, I hopped on the ski machine and did a 30 minute routine.

I just got home from work and plan to go to the gym for a couple hours (I believe I need like 100 minutes or so still) to complete my exercise points! I think I'll try and do 45 cardio and then an hour or so of lifting/PT exercises :). Ahhhhhh I guess I should've worked out a bit more during the week but I was so busy! ANd I don't want to leave anything until tomorrow b/c I am working all day! But don't worry blue team, I will get all my points!!!!!! Hope you are all doing well! Try and squeeze in as much exercise as possible these last couple days so we can get as many points as possible and be the winning team this week!!!!!!!! GO BLUE!

Hey guys! I got into the connection again so I thought I'd go ahead and post my stats for tomorrow using the weight I saw today that I was quite frankly SHOCKED AT! I haven't had any sweets or junk what so ever, and I'm going to do the rest of the minutes I need to do to get all of the points! I hope you all are doing well when it comes to the challenge and your personal life stuff, as well and I can't wait until Sunday when I go back to school where I will have Internet no matter what.

I lost 2 lbs this week, which I'm ok with, I know that's a good loss, but it would've been nice to lose a lot on the first week if dieting like I have before...oh well, at least it's sustainable! AND I worked hard for it, so fingers crossed I don't get kicked off the challenge!!!!!!!!!
 
Well guys, I just weighed in and I far exceeded my expectations. I had a 10.6lb loss this week, Woo Hoo! I knew I had a really good week and was expecting around a 6lb loss (I always lose big in the first week back) but I never expected anything close to 10lbs. Needless to say I am very happy this morning.

Way to go on the 2lb loss MyOwn! Keep up the great work and that scale will continue to move downward.

I'm just glad to have some loss this week- 167.4. I was worried I would have a small gain based on teh scale reading earlier in teh week, but I guess getting back on the NT did the trick!
