Thanks Loseit88. I will definitely do it slow. I have been run/walking for about 4 days now and I can feel my body wanting to go more. A few years back when I lost weight(stupid me for not keeping it off) I used to run 3 miles/day. It felt great. It is hard on the body. Especially being over 200 pounds. So I will take it slow and work up to it.
...........chocolate chip cookies for a diabetic?! That's crazy. If they're sugar free or made with a sugar substitute, cool, but when you give a diabetic sugar that's just asking for them to have to go to the hospital!
