I've been getting all my water in and then some. This challenge wont be a problem for me either. I normally drink a decent amount of water. After tomorrow's workout I'll have the 300 minutes in for all the exercise points too. Oh, and I peeked at the scale this morning and I'm already down over a lb from Friday's weigh-in. Hope I can add to that before the next weigh-in.
 
krinse- you've been kicking butt in this challenge. Great job on getting in so much exercise!!And yeah.. I went to 6 different caches. Its a blast.

Hey Team! Keep up the great work... and drink all the water you can. It will definitely help on weigh in day!
 
The only positive to come from throwing up 9 times , is that I lost almost two pounds. However, I am sure when I start eating again, that will come back. I am feeling better, able to drink, but still not eat.
 
Hey Blue Team,

I hope everyone is having a good Monday. I went to the gym today and finished up the 300 minutes needed for exercise. I felt really good afterwards because I did my treadmill workout at 6.0 mph and higher. That was a small goal of mine, to get myself back to running the whole thing (after my warm up) in a 10 minute mile pace or less. Feels good to be there again.
 
Great job krinse!

I as well finished up my 300 minutes with a walk today. I did a 95 minute walk making my total so far this week 307 minutes. And I've been drinking water like crazy. I hope it pays off. I didn't eat too well today... but I think I'll still be okay.
 
Hi Yarmiah,

Doing pretty good over here. Got all my exercise and bonus points in for the week. I'm down a little over a lb so far this week. Going to stear clear of sodium today to try and add a little bit more to that by tomorrow's weigh in. How are you doing in the second chance phase?

Brandy, great job on getting all your exercise in. The extra water should help with the not eating too well for the day. Just don't let one day turn into two and two turn into a week. You're doing great.

Hey BLUE TEAM!! I just went on a 3 hour and 10 minute talk. I already did my 5 hours for the week, but I went out with a group of friends. So I hope this was a good omen for weigh in day tomorrow.
 
Hey Team,

I weighed in this morning down another 1.7 lbs. Hope everyone is happy with their weigh-in. It'll be great if we come in first place this week so we can all make it to the next stage of the competition.

Guys, I hate to break the news but before you look at my stats for this week, I just wanted to say that i had a terrible week....I had some personal problems this week and I'm feeling frustrated by this lifestyle change and some outside factors and I'm really sorry.
 
Being sick from Saturday to Tuesday really killed me on points. I hope that does not spell my end in this competition.
 
Lyndsey- Don't worry. Believe me... Everyone has these weeks/days/months. It happens.
Ambalove- Same to you. Don't beat yourselves up over this. You gave it a shot, and that is what matters.

No one here is going to be mad at you. No need to be sorry. This forum and all of us are here for support. Not criticism. Stay happy and healthy. :)
 
Lindsey and Ambalove, don't worry! You both have been doing great and we all have to understand that life happens, and we can't expect ourselves to be perfect all the time! Good work getting in as much as you both could! Hopefully we'll all be around here together after this week!

Congratulations to Keepitoff, Brandy, and Jerome for making it to the individual phase. Let's bring it home for the blue team.

Lindsey, hang in there. Things happen in life that are out of our control. Just try and refocus and get yourself back on track. It does get frustrating at times. I know I think to myself, why can't I just eat whatever I want. What everyone else around me is eating. But then I think about the reasons I'm doing this. Why I'm losing the weight and how much better I feel both mentally and physically when I do.

You had a great month so you know you can do this. You just hit a stumbling block. I look at those stumbling blocks as temporary set backs. Not as a reason to throw it all away. Every day is a new day.

Ambalove I hope you're feeling better now and will kick some butt in the 2nd chance phase.
