Hey Blue Team,

Great job everyone on getting your exercise in, even when you were not feeling at your best. I just got home from the gym and did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the treadmill. My speed is really picking up on the treadmill. I'm consistantly running between a 10 & 11 minute mile (5.7mph - 6.0mph). Hoping to be running the whole thing at 6.0mph or higher very soon but I'm happy with my progress so far.

I also peeked at the scale this morning and I'm down almost 2 lbs. Hopefully I can add a little more to that by Friday.

I hope we can maintain our first place status so nobody gets eliminated this week. Keep getting that exercise in.

I'm doing my best, now that I'm feeling better. Did 30 this am, and will do some strength training this evening to add to it.

Kudos for you doing so much cardio! I can't imagine spending that much time working out. Working 8 hours, and then coming home making dinner, cleaning up, and running the kids around to functions limits my time avail to workout, which is why I prefer to knock it out in the am.
 
Hey team! I spent 80 minutes in the gym burned over a 1000 calories today! I've got 65 more minutes to go to make it to the 300 minute max! I also weighed myself and I know weigh 283!
 
Good work teammates, you all seem to put a good effort in this challenge. You're all fantastic!

On my side, I got my 5hrs of training today, so I get all the points for training.

Last weekend was hard with respect to food. I was 5 lbs heavier than friday morning on monday morning. I was shocked. I was in a chalet with my family during the weekend and resisted on taking too much food. And I spent much time in the mountain snowshoeing....
I guess that's not all about eating and training, I guess that alcool is a big factor too :rolleyes:
And when we drank, my sister and I decided to take a Snow bath (it was -30°C/-22°F). Anyway ever tried that? Damn that's cold...

Despite that cold I have this week for being stupid (deserved it), i'm slowly getting back to where I was last week. But I don't think I'm gonna lose for this week... sorry everyone :eek:

Hi Team!

Glad to see you are all doing well! I did not work out today as I had not slept alllllll night (stupid pager would not stop going off, stayed awake from 5am Tues to 130pm Wed). But don't worry I will have all the exercise done, just hoping I don't gain weight!

Hope you all are exercising your butts off and shedding some pounds!
 
Wow- I really surprised myself. Just tossing in an extra 30 min of strength training really adds up the minutes!

I hope I added my points correctly. I added 305 minutes total, giving 24 exercise points and 20 bonus points.

Please let me know if I made an error.

A loss of 1.8lbs today!!
AND . . . Ive already drank 22 oz of the 84oz I need to. I usually dont start water till the afternonn, but knowing I have to drink so much I started at 9am!
 
Well Yarmiah I think I got your 1.8. I figured my road trip would catch up with me. I hope it is just water weight. The water bonus will be a little tough for me but it is something I really need to do because I have been having too many Coke Zeros the last 3 days. Congratulations everyone. I hope we stay on top.

But I got all the water in . . finished it up with dinner.

I know the water is a healthy thing, but its also an incentive to be smaller- my 84oz is work to get in!

HOpe everyone else is swimming along nicely :waving:
 
Getting all my water in too. I need to get in 74oz and I'm already over 110oz for the day so far.

Went to the gym today to get a start on the 5 hours of exercise for this week.

It'll be great if we stay in first place and all make it to the individual round. Let's hope for the best.

yea i dont mind the water challenge....i easily drink that much water between work and working out......hopefully we won this week! unfortunately i had a slight gain.....hopefully I'll get through to the next round so I can lose next week!

I am at the bottom now!! I really need to kick it up. I"m off to geo-cache today. So I'll be walking/hiking for 3 hours or more. I'm excited. And of course I'll be taking plenty of water with me!!
 
Oh man, I thought with Lindsey's big loss this week that we had a chance of all being safe. Good luck in the second chance phase Angelica, Yarmiah and Fat2Fit. I hate to see you guys leave us. Kick some butt over there, ok.
 
I was so afraid to come on here and see the results. This is the worst I have ever done in a challenge. Oh well. Keep up the great work everyone! I want to see a BLUE member win this whole thing.

I am sorry, blue team, but I won't be getting my water bonus points today, nor doing any exercise. I am sick, and not able to keep anything down.
 
Hey Team Blue. I got 212 minutes of exercise in today. I went geo-caching. check it out online... It is very adventurous, and a great form of exercise! The website will explain what it is about and everything.
