Hi guys! Hope everything's going well this week, and I hope tobNOT see any of you in the elimination thread with me next week...although it's lonely there, I could actually use some motivational company!!!
 
Hi guys,

We're more then halfway thru the week. Has been going well for me so far. Getting in the fiber hasn't been a problem and I already have the 5 hours of exercise needed for the max amount of points. Will workout again tomorrow regardless. Will be curious to see how the weigh in goes on Friday after I had such a big loss last week. I'm hoping for even a lb.

Keep up the great work everyone!

Hi all!

Hope you all are having a wonderful week! I'm definitely starting to get better with the fiber intake! I've been pretty exhausted this week, working long hours at the hospital, but I'm still managing to get enough cardio in.....only did 45 min today, was hoping for an hour but I'll take what I can get! I'll def get the max points come Thursday! Anyway, hope you are all doing well and keep up the good work! Let's win it this week so we all stay!
 
ahhh . . . errr . . .

Well, I won't say that I totally screwed up, but I did help myself to some peanut brittle after lunch yesterday. It did push me over my my caloric intake, but I did exercise and will continue to exercise and push myself to add more minutes.

I guess I can blame it on the PMS :smilielol5:

Other than that, I'm doing well this week, even with the fiber challenge. I bought at the store yesterday, GO LEAN CRUNCh which has 8 grams fiber per serving!

Hope you all are having a great week . . . been awful quiet here the past few days!
 
Well....gang....I've been honestly trying to get more fiber in, but yesterday after everything was said and done I only got in 12 grams of fiber....being here at school makes it hard to monitor things because I have to eat in the cafeterias and have to take whatever there is that is the healthiest. But yesterday and the day before I got 40 minutes of exercise in each, and will do 40 minutes everyday for the rest of this week.
 
Okay, I lied without intending to, but it's a good lie! I went up and above the call of duty today! There weren't any ellipticals open when I got to the gym so I jumped on the bike and rode on it for 26 minutes until an elliptical opened, and then I did that for 42! 68 minutes! Now if I do 46 tomorrow and Friday I'll get all 240 minutes to make up for not getting enough fiber!

Oh, and according to the fancy gym scales if I did things right, I weigh 290 now!
 
Wow Lindsey, great job on losing another 10lbs. The lbs are just melting away for you. Way to go!

I'm expecting a visit from mother nature any day now and I think it's affecting me on the scale. Right now I'm up about a lb. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
 
It was just as I thought. Mother nature showed up this morning. I hope it doesn't hurt me too much on the scale tomorrow. At least I got all the points in for the bonus and exercise.

Good luck with your weigh-in's tomorrow everyone. Hope we kick some butt this week so nobody gets eliminated.

Ay I feel you, mother nature showed up for me yesterday :( I wont be able to hop on the scale until late tomorrow as I am working 530-8pm, so dont worry I'll get on here.....maybe I'll weigh myself tonight and if I'm satisfied I'll post it :) haha I wish I had a scale in my apt! Anyway off to the gym (even though im done w/ my exercise for the week, yay!) good luck team blue!
 
Hi everyone! I will be home this coming Tuesday so I will be able to get on here more and talk. I lost 1 pound this week. I was able to get in all my fiber. Never really had a problem with that. They have a great gym here so I was able to get in 305 minutes. The next hotel we go to doesn't have a gym so I don't know how much I will get in for the bonus. Have a great week guys. I don't know when I will be able to log back in to see the results. Good Luck BLUE!

I was up 0.6 lbs this morning, ughhhhh. I had a feeling that would be the case thanks to mother nature. It could have been a lot worse I guess. I know some women can fluctuate 4 or 5 lbs during this time so I should be happy it wasn't worse.

I just got back from the gym. Felt good to get to the gym again rather then doing the bike at home. (I think that was partly why too I didn't have a loss this week. I feel I get a better workout in at the gym.) I did 40 minutes on the treadmill running at 5.5 mph and higher. Then 40 minutes on the elliptical. Worked up a good sweat.

Seems everyone who checked in already had a really good week. Great job everyone!

I didnt do so good with food the past few days. It's bad enough to have "not so great days", but the day or 2 BEFORE weigh in?? UGG!

I have yet to weigh in, as I was distracted by tending to a sick daughter this morning, but fear what it will say when I do.

We do have till tomorrow mornign to update I hope?
 
That's true--you only have until midnight Friday to update. I've said this before. I hope you come back within the next hour!!
