I'll keep my fingers crossed that you've taken that lb off for good!

I managed 1.5 hrs today, which is great cause it was 30 mins more than I had planned. 45 mins jog, 25 mins weights and 20 minutes wii sports.
 
Hey guys - just a note to say I won't be able to weigh in until Monday and I've probably gained :( but hopefully I'll have lost it and then some by next weigh in!

Well after a lazy week I'm back on track today. I went to the gym for 75 minutes and I've just got back from one and a half hours walking. I feel much better now that I have got some proper exercise in.
Total for the week 7 hours and 15 minutes, only about half of what I did the week before.
The water has been easy for me as I am nearly at goal weight. It must have been really difficult for people that still have a lot of weight to lose to have to drink so much water.
I won't know about weight loss until I go to Weight Watchers on Wednesday so it will have to count for next week if I have lost any.
 
Tomorrow is the end of week 2!!! How are we all doing???? I hope we're having some fun and losing weight too!!!

The water mini challenge is over tonight and if you didn't make your goal, don't sweat it!! That was one tough challenge!!! This weeks mini challenge is this....SQUATS!!! 10 minutes of squats a day! Now, this is going to be based on your own knowledge of your body. For me, doing squats is gonna be hard, so I"m going to do two 5 minutes sessions. Also, if squats are something your used to...add weights...mix it up! This mini challenge is brought to you by TEAM CREPUSCULO!!

Couldn't be a better mini challenge for me. For a couple of weeks now I've been thinking that I should do squats and lunges at home every day but never get around to it. This is just the push that I need :)
 
What a terrible week for me. Only 7hrs of exercise this week and 3 of them were from last sunday. The mini challenge was fairly easy for me when I was working. However on my 2 days off I fell short of my required amount.

My eating was a huge downfall this week. Not sure why but it seemed I was always hungry. Which wouldnt be a big deal if I had chosen something healthy to eat when I gave in to my hunger. It seems though that I decided to stuff my face with the most unhealthy foods I could possibly get my hands on. I had ice cream a couple nights, pizza and breadsticks one night, taco bell another night, BW3's and alot of beer last night.

I think I am being optomistic when I say I am hoping for only a couple lbs gained this week.

So I want to formally apologize to my team for giving less than 100% towards this challenge. You have my word that next week you will be proud to have me as a member of TEAM ECLIPSE.
 
Looking through the other teams threads and ours it seems like the general trend is that a lot of people didn't do as well as last week. Today is a start of a new week and I am determined to do better.

Well I did gain 2 lbs 'cause of the weekend but that's ok - I think it'll be gone by next weigh in :)
 
I don't usually execise on a Sunday so also totally forgot about the mini challenge. Today I went to the gym for an hour and 15 minutes and later did an hour of agua gym and also got my squats done. 10 minutes is a lot of squats so a broke it up into a couple of sessions. My legs are aching already.
Has anybody got any ideas for next weeks mini challenge ?
 
I did two hours of tennis today, hopefully I'll do another 1hr35mins tomorrow and 25 minutes weights to make up another 2 hours.

I've managed to do the mini challenge sunday and today in 5 minute chunks but I've got to admit I haven't been doing the squats as low or as slowly as I do them in my my own routine.

My only idea for next week's mini challenge is 5 portions of fruit and/or veg daily? I can't think of much else!

I did another 2 hours of tennis yesterday and an hour swimming today, woop!

I hope everyone else is doing well!

The mini challenge is tough but I've still managed the last few days... I'm not so sure about today - I'll try my best.
