Well I was 2 lbs down this week and did 6.5 hours exercise. 8.5 points in total.

I'm going to aim to get more than 10 points this week :) ... oh that's 17 plus the mini challenge points.

Glad that you're feeling better :D Have fun with the dog, that will be a great way to exercise especially if you get a young boisterous one.

Just got back from my walk/run. Starting the week of stong on the exercise again this week. Logged in 3hrs today.

My brothers and I took my parents out for lunch today for there anniversery. I didnt have the healthiest meal but I dont plan on cutting out that kind of food forever so I have to learn to eat it in moderation.

I only managed 96oz of water today and I need to get 135oz a day to meet the requirement for the challenge. Once I go back to work tomorrow I will be fine since I drink over a gallon a day while working.
 
I don't do any kind of official work out normally on a Sunday but went down to the beach for a little while so one hour swimming and treading water in the sea.
 
Managed to get my water in yesterday, suddenly realised I'd not had enough so I took a load to bed with me and drank it before I went to sleep.
Halfway there today already so should be able to get it in. FOod has been really low in amount but has been rubbish.. Sorry guys.
 
Had a really lazy day yesterday but managed to get in an hour walk in the late evening when it had cooled down. Promise to do more today :)
 
Got my water in two days now :)
Found it so much easier yesterday.
Scales aren't moving at all. Not even any fluctuations!
 
I'm going to aim for 1.5 hours today. I've been slacking off the last few days so trying to make up for it!
 
1 hour at the gym yesterday and 1 hour today as well. I have been well over my required water for the last 2 days.

Not doing the greatest on food though. I had a bowl of ice cream yesterday and today.
 
Only managed an hour yesteday. I'm feeling really lethargic. The weather is so humid at the moment. I'm determined today to do more. I know I said that yesterday but I really will make an effort today. :)
 
Did the water thing Monday and Tuesday going to try again today. Buttt I'm sick again yall. :( this is not fun.

Lost count at either 4 or 5 yesterday, so I drank loads more and could have had up to 8 pints :O
Having a couple of days off with my eating, I'm going through a hard time right now and the stressing about the scales not moving was pushing me over the edge. Still going to exercise and do the mini challenges, but hoping to maintain. Possibly lose because I'm going to try eat alright, but I'm not going to go mad with counting and tracking.
Yesterday was bad but overall not too bad. Ate brownie :O lots of too, but it was homemade and not so bad with amount of sugar and eggs, just quite a bit of butter. However the rest of my day was good, I had veggies and meat and cheese in there too. Hoping having a few days off will give me a boost when I get back onto it.
 
No gym for me today but I did have a pretty physical day as work. Definetly got my water in today. I drank almost 2 gallons of water. I work outside though so I sweat alot of it out.

Food was an issue agian today though. Had a little debbie at lunch and then had a couple slices of pizza and 3 breadsticks for dinner.

Hopefully I can atleast maintain this week and not put any of the weight back on.
 
Dragged myself out for a walk long yesterday evening. The humid weather is really getting to me, it's such and effort to do anything. Anyway clocked up an hour and a half

I bet! I would hate to exercise in that kinda weather so well done for getting yourself out and doing it :)

I've dropped 2 lbs already since last weigh in, which is great but seems a little too good to be true so I hope it sticks around til weigh in. I've also managed to get the water in every day so far. My exercise hasn't been awesome but ok, I did an hour yesterday and will hopefully do another hour today.

Congrats on the weight loss:) I seem to have lost a lb at last but not counting on it still being off tomorrow as my scales are extremely tempremental.
