We're all doing great so far!
Though we seem to be missing some people? Hopefully they'll check in with good news on Sunday :S

I've done an hour today (35 minutes cycling, 25 minutes weights) and I think I'm calling it a day 'cause I think going from no exercise to 1-2hrs a day is becoming a bit much for my body haha - I really was sore this morning!
 
I've done an hour of aguagym today and now I am going to go for a walk for about an hour.
ps just got back from my walk and I did 75 mins.

You guys and gals are doing so awesome. Even if everyone doesn't show up at least your making effort in your own health.....
 
I got my 1.5 hours in this morning before work. I had to work alot later than expected so I didnt make it to the gym after work. My eating was horrible today unfortunately. I think the diet and exercise finally caught up. I am going to take tomorrow off so my body can rest a bit.
 
My exercise is going good, and my eating, although not typically diety has been alright.. Yet my scales have gone up 5lbs in two days... Somethings not right here!
Getting completely back on track now, gunna track my carbs again because I'd stopepd doing it thinking I could manage, but apparently not :(
 
Did the hoovering, OMG what a workout! Its a really crap vacuum, so was really hard to push and I had to carry it up stairs and I got really sweaty so I'm classing it as exercise lol.
I know most people do housework all the time but I'm at my mums house so not used to having carpets!
 
Exercised 4 hours this week. But now I'm sick sadly. :| Hopefully by Monday or even tomorrow I'll be better.

don't worry, get better soon. I'm going to an exercise spa tomorrow for the day and should do at least 4 hours so will do yours for you :)
 
My scales are heading back down.. Don't know what happened there!?!
199 again today, much better than 201!
Will do my DVD again tonight and maybe drag my bofriend for a walk.
Eating was good yesterday, a little low on carbs maybe but I haven't added it all up yet.
 
HI GUYS!!! Congrats on your 1st full week of this competition!!!...Tommorrow is the 1st day of the 2nd week....Its our 1st weigh in day AND its the start of mini challenges!!!

This week (starting tomorrow) our mini challenge will be to drink half your weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 200lbs, you'll drink 100 oz. of water! One point for every day you stuck with this challenge!!!

Thats roughly 5 pints a day for me then, most I've managed on this diet is 4.5 but I reckon I can do it :)
Does sugar free squash count? I can't drink tap water, I've moved back home and the water tastes different lol, and I can't afford bottled. Well tbh theres no reason it shouldn't anyway coz it's like made up with water lol.
Having a bad day today, my mum is winding me up something rotten, so I've barely been downstairs so my food is rubbish, but I'll make sure I get in my exercise tonight, and fingers crossed the scales will be lower again tomorrow to show a loss finally!
 
I clocked up 4 and a half hours exercise today :D
Read my last post in my diary if you want to know how I managed to clock up so much in one day and still feel as if I had a relaxing day:)
The challenge will be ok as it is so hot here at the moment that I drink that amount anyway.

I've done an hour's walk today.

I'm going to have to drink 2.7L a day for the mini challenge! Argh! That's 11 glasses of water a day. I'm really gonna have to step up my drinking to manage that!
 
Did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and 30 minutes of weight training at the gym. Then my girlfriend and I walked for 2 hours. It didnt seem like it was that long but when you have good company times flys I guess. So 3 hrs for me today.


Just added it up and I logged in 12 hours and 15 minutes for exercise this week and damn can my body tell. I havent been this sore for a while but its all worth it. Hoping to pull a decent number on the scale tomorrow.

Do we update here or at the beginning of the thread?
I did 14 hours of exercise. I'm loving this challenge as my exercise has really stepped up. I think that my weight is down a little bit but my scales are very inconsistent so I'm not sure. I will go to weightwatchers on Wednesday and put any loss down on next weeks. I'm hoping that all the exercise is going to get me out of the plateau that I have been on for a few weeks now. :)
