Done an hours walk so far today, did probably a bit more with hills and stuff, but I'll say an hour because I'm not certain. Still got my DVD later too.
At the gym today I did 20 minutes on a bike, ran for 45 minutes and walked for 15, and did 20 mins resistance training. Later I danced for 20 minutes with the little girls that I look after. Making exactly 2 hours.
I've hardly lost weight for weeks now so am concentrating on getting fit so have upped the exercise and am really enjoying it especially the running and just hope that the weight will drop a bit more soonWow Val two hours two days in a row, you're on a roll!
Kicking up the exercise is really working for me, I can't believe I never used to do it.
