Well I have good news and bad news...
The good news is my walk has increase in speed, bad news... my long walk now only took 40 minutes not an hour!!
Got in about 1.25 hrs worth though overall.
 
You guys are doing super awesome!!!!

Yesterday I went to the gym. I ran on the treadmill most of the time and did a few machines afterwards making an hour altogether and later on I did an hour aguagym. So 2 hours total. Today I hope to do the same if I have time.

I'm hoping to get at least an hour's exericse in today, hopefully more.

Done an hours walk so far today, did probably a bit more with hills and stuff, but I'll say an hour because I'm not certain. Still got my DVD later too.
 
At the gym today I did 20 minutes on a bike, ran for 45 minutes and walked for 15, and did 20 mins resistance training. Later I danced for 20 minutes with the little girls that I look after. Making exactly 2 hours.

I didn't do as well as you guys today, I had a really stressy/upsetting day to be honest but I'm proud of myself for at least staying on track food wise and managing to get 30 minutes of weights in.

Hopefully I'll do two hours tomorrow!

I've hardly lost weight for weeks now so am concentrating on getting fit so have upped the exercise and am really enjoying it especially the running and just hope that the weight will drop a bit more soon :)
 
2.5 hrs of exercise today. Went to the gym this morning and did and hour on the treadmill. Went to the gym again after work, did additional hour on the treadmill along with 30 minutes of weights. So I am up to 6hrs and 45minutes of exercise for the week so far. At this rate I shouldnt have a problem of hitting my 10hr goal for the week.

I have done pretty good food wise for the week as well.
 
So far I have earned 2.75 exercise points and 2.25 weight loss points.
Kicking up the exercise is really working for me, I can't believe I never used to do it.
I did my hours walk then my DVD yesterday, and I plan on doing my DVD again tonight, and maybe some dance mat, it's not as easy as it was when I was younger lol.
Tomorrow is the day to do my DVD twice because my mum isn't in, I hope anyway. I will get an extra one in this week somewhere!

60 hours is throughout the whole challenge not just this week :p

I've done an hours swim and I'm hoping to do another 30 mins/1 hr of cycling this evening. :)

Kicking up the exercise is really working for me, I can't believe I never used to do it.

I know what you mean - I've felt great since I've become more active.
 
I've done an hour and 15 mins of exercising at home today and hopefully will get time to go for a fast walk later.
ps just got back from my walk. I walked for an hour lots of hills. I almost definitely wouldn't have done it without this challenge but am really glad that I did. :)
2 hours 15 mins total.

Not had chance to do anything yet today, and I found out there are going to be people inuntil next tuesday!! Woo lots more 11pm exercising for me :(
 
Only an hour of exercise for me today. I only got like 3hrs of sleep last night so didnt feel like going to the gym tonight. Still managed my morning workout in though.
 
Way to go team.

My gym opens earlier on tuesdays and thursdays so I am going to try and get in there at 5:30am tomorrow when they open. That will give me 1.5 hrs before I have to go to work. Then I am going to try and get another 1.5 hrs in after work as well. That should make up for my less than great day today.
 
I'll be going to the gym for an hour to run but don't know if I will fit anything else in although I did enjoy exercising at home yesterday so might do that again. Tomorrow I'm going to do agua gym for an hour and maybe go to the gym later.
