Val - bran flakes and baked potato and beans is exactly what I ate on the first day of the fibre challenge, it worked too
Peas, blackberries and raspberries are other good sources of fibre.
I did well that first day but totally missed the mark yesterday 'cause of my junk food splurge. I'm hoping I can pick up the pace on exercise and fibre today.
