I've been counting doing the hoovering.
IMO, if it gets you sweaty and out of breath it's exercise
(Take that however you wish although I do believe the other teams aren't counting certain activities as exercise)
I agree on the 4 portion sof fruit/veg as the challenge though. It's a good healthy one, promoting getting your 5 a day. The recommendation is 2 fruit and 3 veg I think, but thats not fair if anyone is on Atkins Induction etc. (As I was/sort of am)
Or how about a point for every portion of wholegrain you eat maybe? Thats something people don't usually eat enough of.
I quite like that idea, I'm sort of stopping my atkins and going back to calorie counting, so will begin eating carbs stuff again soon, so it's like an incentiive to choose the healthier carby stuff
Also, with either of the above ideas, it's something different, like we've had a drinking on, an exercise one, so it's only fair to have an eating one right?
Still not weighing guys, sorry, but I'm not seriously on it until I've had my hospital stuff and can quite worrying!!
Still trying to get some exercise in on the days I feel I can get out of bed, and not eating huge amounts of calories.
Also, if you do 50 minutes of exercise annd your 10 minutes of squats, does that get you a point or do your squats not count towards exercise points?
