Week 2: Cardio + Weight Training + Weekly Bonus = Total Daily Points
Saturday (0) + (0) + (0) = (0) (Starting weight 160 lbs)
Sunday (0) + (0) + (1) = (1)
Monday (0 ) + (1 ) + (1 ) = (2 )
Tuesday ( 1) + (1 ) + ( 1) = ( 3)
Wednesday ( ) + ( ) + ( ) = ( )
Thursday ( ) + ( ) + ( ) = ( )
Friday ( ) + ( ) + ( ) = ( )
Total Points for Week 2 = ( )
QUESTION: So does this week have max four points per day, because of the WATER POINTS and the CRUNCHES points.......? 2 bonus points=4 total points max for the day? or is it the bonus points for the week is still max 3 points and we aren't counting for WATER and CRUNCHES.....?????????
