oh and I'm still confused...are all the competitions for the vegas challenge or is it seperate groups competing and that just happens to be ONE of the challenges?

Because I'm really hoping I can fit in with you guys somewhere even though I can't go to vegas. After reading so many threads I think you guys are just awesome

AND we SHOULD make a SEPERATE team for CHALLENGERS who want to COMPETE...but CAN"T come with us....SO that WE can HAVE more competition and NOT leave people OUT!!!

I hope so....this last weekend I felt set me back slightly....and yes we all need to get our butts moving lol
 
I am finding that I am eating terribly just because I am working out again.. I really need to stop it!! Why is this so hard?!

Breakfast- fried chicken on a buttered biscuit (i know...)
Lunch- 2 large slices of cheese pizza ( i know...)

and i have been snacking on Hershey's kisses all day!

Now that i finally had poo babies today!! :) YAY! I am going to just have one of Alta's famous smoothies for dinner (with half the fiber this time!!)

I need to get back on track seriously or come weigh in I will be way up...

Someone give me some pointers on how to say no and how to make it easy to eat healthy at work? (they buy our lunch EVERYDAY and its always bad)

GREAT job, and CUT allllll THAT crap NOW......stop the SABATOGE!!!

Treat yourself....with COOL whip and BERRIES---frozen....hmm ALMOST no calories
100 calorie SNACK bags...they HAVE cookies and CHOCOLATE even that is 70% cocoa
FROZEN grapes.....delicious.


JUST make BETTER choices.....:)
 
i know what i need to do.. i just cant seem to make myself stick to it for more than 3 days lol.. I've got to find a way to break this unhealthy lifestyle.. I hate feeling like this.. No energy, sluggish etc. I want to be an exercise machine like I used to be!

I seem to be holding steady at 14 pts a week! I didnt lose any weight this week.. i need to concentrate more on my food intake! :(
