Girls, I'm down to 154.4lbs today!! Whoohooo 2lbs lost so far this week! Tomorrow I will get 3 points for sure w/my run and bikram yoga and water intake...

That\would be awesome! I need to push harder and set better goals for myself! I would like to see 155 by end of the month :)

Week 2: Bonus Challenge 6/21/08-6/27/08

-Each day that you perform at least 3 sets up 15-25 reps of ab exercises, give yourself 1 point! (Crunches, Sit Ups, ect.. )Maximum of 7 points per week. Abs of Steel Teams!(No double counting this as weights points)

I'm probably not going to get any exercise points today...but will get the 1 point for water. I'm down 2lbs and hopefully don't blow it today to mess that up.

I'm excited about the ABS points...I'm so all over that one!

Don't beat yourself up about the scale. We have a long way to go until Vegas and I'm sure all of us will experience either no weight loss or a gain once in a while...it's to be expected. Just keep getting in your exercise and fight the battle w/the diet and everything will fall into place. :)

YEAAAAHhHHH!!! BOTTOM LINE is WHHHOOO cares about the LBS on the SCALE IF YOU LOOK HOOOOOOTTER than ANYONE can SWALLOW!!! :) EXACTLY.....KEEP up THE GOOD work!!! WORK it TENNISsss MAMA!!! :) LOL

If you're team is all weighed in by say 6:30am tomorrow, I can post the results before I leave. Don't forget to tally all your points!
