This is how you can EARN points for your team:
UPDATE: Each day you can receive up to a maximum of 3 points for completing the following:
* Each team member will receive 1 point for performing at least 30 minutes of cardio. (1pt max/day)
* Each team member will receive 1 point for performing at least 30 minutes of weight training (or resistance training). (1pt max/day)
* Each team member will receive 1 point for each day they complete the weekly bonus challenge. (Each week we will choose a different challenge to complete-suggestions welcome!)
* Each team member will receive 1 point for every 1% weight loss. (No rebound points) (Points earned for % weight loss will be tracked separately from the 3 daily points to determine our biggest loser, but will still count for the total team points at the end of each month.)
* Each team member is to report their points & weigh in for the week to their TEAM THREAD by Saturday night of each week. Points are accumulated from each Saturday morning to each Friday night.
* The team captains will then report those points to MissJellyBelly by Sunday night so that she can update the VEGAS thread. MJ will just "edit" the second post in this thread each week so that the point tallies are easy to find.
* The weekly results will be posted by MJB in the Vegas thread, front page, 2nd post down, every Monday.
* Points are added up monthly to determine the WINNING TEAM FOR THE MONTH (this will also be posted in the vegas thread). (You will be able to view the weekly scores as we go along)
How to keep track of your points each week: (Cut, paste, re-post in your team thread, and update(aka edit) as you go, must be finished by Friday night each week!)

- Each day that you drink a minimum of 8, 8oz glasses of water, give yourself 1 point! Maximum of 7 points per week. Drink up girlies!!
This is how you can LOSE your points for your team:
Update: No points will be taken away for posting late, so long as you post by Sunday night. If your weigh in and points aren't in by Sunday night, then they don't count for the week. Weekly results will be posted on Mondays for the teams.
*If you keep your points updated during the week, those can be counted in your absence by your captain. You'll still need to weigh in though.... so make sure to get your captains phone number to text them your weight if you can't sign in.
