Yay! I am so excited about this challenge!! I am glad to be on the playmates team! Cant wait to see all the rules and stuff when they are posted! When we really get into the planning aspects of all of this Vegas stuff I am going to be hardcore motivated!

I weighed in today at 160... Down 4 lbs from last Thursdays weigh in!!

If i could lose 1 lb a week for all 22 weeks I would be set!!!! We will see how that goes! :)

I cant figure out how to get the logo next to my ticker! I saved it to my desktop but now I cant figure out how to get it on there. Where is the code for it? When I saved it it was just the picture! So confused please help :)

okay....when you look at the signature...there are all these codes....and if you look down...there is the little bunny pic....and it says something like add.....and you click it....AFTER you HAVE UPLOADED the pic.....look below....then ONCE it has ADDED the CODE....you can COPY the little code it just added and paste it to the RIGHT of the LAST line of ALL THE CODES that belong to the ticker.......then ERASE the ones that it automatically pasted.....

This is how you can EARN points for your team::driving::auto:

UPDATE: Each day you can receive up to a maximum of 3 points for completing the following:

* Each team member will receive 1 point for performing at least 30 minutes of cardio. (1pt max/day)
* Each team member will receive 1 point for performing at least 30 minutes of weight training (or resistance training). (1pt max/day)
* Each team member will receive 1 point for each day they complete the weekly bonus challenge. (Each week we will choose a different challenge to complete-suggestions welcome!)


* Each team member will receive 1 point for every 1% weight loss. (No rebound points) (Points earned for % weight loss will be tracked separately from the 3 daily points to determine our biggest loser, but will still count for the total team points at the end of each month.)

* Each team member is to report their points & weigh in for the week to their TEAM THREAD by Saturday night of each week. Points are accumulated from each Saturday morning to each Friday night.

* The team captains will then report those points to MissJellyBelly by Sunday night so that she can update the VEGAS thread. MJ will just "edit" the second post in this thread each week so that the point tallies are easy to find.

* The weekly results will be posted by MJB in the Vegas thread, front page, 2nd post down, every Monday.

* Points are added up monthly to determine the WINNING TEAM FOR THE MONTH (this will also be posted in the vegas thread). (You will be able to view the weekly scores as we go along)

How to keep track of your points each week: (Cut, paste, re-post in your team thread, and update(aka edit) as you go, must be finished by Friday night each week!)

Week 1: Bonus Challenge 6/14/08-6/20/08
- Each day that you drink a minimum of 8, 8oz glasses of water, give yourself 1 point! Maximum of 7 points per week. Drink up girlies!!


This is how you can LOSE your points for your team:

Update: No points will be taken away for posting late, so long as you post by Sunday night. If your weigh in and points aren't in by Sunday night, then they don't count for the week. Weekly results will be posted on Mondays for the teams.

*If you keep your points updated during the week, those can be counted in your absence by your captain. You'll still need to weigh in though.... so make sure to get your captains phone number to text them your weight if you can't sign in.

We just made some slight changes to the challenge, the way points are allocated. Please review the Vegas thread for details.

Feel free to give us input if you have any ideas for the weekly bonus challenge as it will change each week. This week 64oz water... Next week Sit Ups? Post your ideas in the Vegas Thread and we'll use them.

Great job tracking your points Christen! You are the only one (besides me) who knows what time it is on here with the points template. You must have been the only one who read that part in the post! Thank you!!

All the other playmates, follow Christen's lead and get your points template up to date so we can make sure everyone is tracking right.


Make sure to cut and paste the template for yourself in THIS THREAD and update it (edit it) as we go along. This will help keep us all motivated when we see everyone's either doing or not doing their points. It will also help the team captain track your points for the week without having to scroll through pages of 1pts here and there.

we should try to find a way we can all chat somewhere.. I think starting to talk details would get me really into this whole thing! I know ALTA and I have yahoo im does anyone else or would you be willing to get it?
 
Hey girlies I've missed ya! I won't be so mia anymore lol I'm proud of all of you. This challenge is going to be great and it's gotten off to a good start. This is quite the group of girls.
