...unfortunately..:banghead: I've been having SOME drama "JERRY JERRY"...:smilielol5: and let it get to my EXERCISE....SORRY TEAM....but I'm DOING it today...I've only been getting in my BONUS WATER POINTS!!!! :)........today is a NEW DAY...focus!!!

Hey Bunnies! ;) It's not good for your muscles to "actively" train them 7 days a week so... you can count other exercises such as yoga as a weight bearing exercise in order to get your weight training points for the day. I know for me, I normally weight train only 5 days a week. I've added in some extra stuff so that I can stretch it out to 6. On the 7th day, I'll do yoga.

Another great idea is to train glutes seperately. I've got some great glute exercises if anyone is interested. :) Right now my training program looks like this:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Total Body
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Glutes
Sunday: Yoga

I'm forum challenged...how the heck do you post pics? I tried once before but gave up.

Also, I can't get the playboy bunny in my signature...tried and failed. I suck!!

I'm on track to get 3 extra points today for cardio, weight bearing, and water!! OUUUU!!
 
Click on "post reply"In the tool bar where you are able to change the font and stuff there is a paperclip looking thing.. click on that and add the attachment like you would to an email :)

Thanks girlie. How do I do the playboy pic now? I have the image saved to my desktop...just don't know how to get it in my signature.
 
edit your signature....and upload the pic....look a little lower..and it'll say add pic or something like that ....and it will automatically paste a code on there....
 
there is a little thing to the right of the pic....that you have to click and it pastes the code in....did it paste the code in? not only upload it...you have to make sure it pastes the html code

So i didn't get any exercise earlier like i wanted to and i pigged out.. i was feeling hopeless and was just going to give up on today when at Alta told me she was going cycling and it completely made me change my mind!! I just busted out this hardcore boot camp video with cardio and weight training and i am now pouring sweat and feel sooo good!

AlrrrrrrrighT!!! I DID it....I DIDN't want TO.......BUT I did it ...I WENT 1hr cycling at the GYM and the instructor was SUPPPPPER hard today......

I was dragging the FIRST 30 mins......still pushing.....and SWEATING like CRAZY.....but,
I finished STRONG and thought about the FACT that you all KNOW what I look like now, and NO EXCUSES,.....its better to start WEAK and FINISH STRONGGGGG!!!!!

:party: WOOOOO WOOOOO.....one day DOWN.....no drinking and PUSHING myself for my TEAM...cause I really DIDN't WANT to go today!!!! YEAH!!!! ;)

Also......Christen send me an ARTICLE link today about DRINKING that MADE me realize....to TAKE it DAY by DAY.....and TODAY I was REALLY weak and EVERYONE kept TEMPTING me to GO DRINK TODAY....actually MORE LIKE PRESSSSSUREE....but MY tream MATE.....kept me reeled in ....now ALL I need is WEIGHTS....still to be DONE along with ABS!!! Wooooo FOR TEAM MATES!!!
