Need help urgently

I'm almost 19 years of age and was previously overweight for the majority of my childhood and during high school.

Over the past year and a half, I've lost a lot of weight all over my body except my chest and stomach area.

Yes, I think I have man boobs -they're quite puffy and pudgy (not super pudgy) but they do point out a bit....

I'm around 5'11-6'0 tall and I weigh around 70kg.

I really need help...

It's really shattering my confidence and I think it's a great embarrassment.

Could you kindly help me out here by providing some insightful advice as to how I can combat this dreadful condition of mine? Thanks in advance.
 
You're already really lightweight, the puffy man boobs probably have nothing to do with fat levels.

Talk to your doctor to check for gynocomastica. It's probably not that but always worth checking

Is it the whole chest area that's puffy or just the nipples? If it's just the nipples it might just be the way you are. I have puffy nipples (there, I said it!) and they've looked exactly the same ever since I was 160lbs @ 8% bf right through to 230lbs and 20(something;))% bf.
The best remedy I've foung for it is to build up the pectorals to make the area more appealing as a whole
 
You can't spot reduce fat, your body decides where it wants to take it off. So, if you still have fat there you will have to continue losing it, there's no difference in technique. If you lost the rest of your weight in an unhealthy manner, it might be time to revamp your routine. Take a look at the stickies in the new member introduction section for a good basic info package.

well i don't think i lost it in an unhealthy manner.

I played a lot of basketball and soccer and went from 82kg to 70kg.

It's the whole chest area...it's a bit flabby and the nipples puff and point out a bit. Are there any exercises I can do to remedy this?

It's not like female breasts though LOL but yeah, it's noticeable.
 
if theres fat on your stomach and chest, than that means you still have more weight to lose... strength training (not just working out) but strength training will help tighten up your lose areas... my advice for strength training is 3 sets of 8-10 for upper body and 10-12 for legs... take 2-3 minutes between sets... this will allow your sets to be more intense allowing you to acquire more strength into your sets... your muscle will become more dense and you'll look more firm.. now if your trying to lose a lot more weight than I don't advise the heavy strength training just YET... but I do think you should always strain your muscles in some form or way other than cardiovascular training while trying to lose weight
