Hey Playmates!! I'm back from vacation and ready to kick this competition into HIGH GEAR!!! Between Sunday-Saturday I ran/walked 32 miles...crazy huh? Anywho, I ate like it was my last meal everyday while camping so I'm up about 2lbs...but don't worry cuz I'll drop that and some this week. Viva Las Vegas!!

Starting weight 156.4 lbs
Current Weight = 156.0 lbs

I have CHALLENGED myself SAT, & SUN, and I plan TO LET no ONE knock me DOWN....it should BE easier this week for me TO GET everything in too, because
I work LIKE a slave THROUGH this WHOLE 4th of JULY weekend COMING up, SO NO partying FOR ME....work work work....HOPEFULLY this WILL take away, the LIQUOR.....:iagree: and I've UPPED the water TO ABSURD amounts :sifone:

I WILLLLLLLL NOT be the WEAK link this WEAK, so IF WE ALL DO THIS, CONSISTENTLY and SQUEEZE out the POINTS the LBS will FOLLOW!!!

Way to go Alta! We have plenty of time to take the lead. No one is perfect and every one of us will have weeks where our points will be low. It is to be expected.
 
Hey Playmates! Just wanted to pop in really quick to give you an update on my status. I was a little lazy on Sunday...I needed to rest. The 32 miles the 7 days before had my body aching for some R&R.

Starting today I plan on shooting for 3 points every day! I think I can do it!!

Alta, you can do it! I know it is hard but you and I have GOT to find a way to limit our booze intake. It's totally empty calories and in the grand scheme of things totally not worth the hindrance in weight loss. Not only does it add calories to our daily intake but I also read that alcohol can in fact slow down your weight loss!! That blows!!

Hang tight sista...lets go through a dry spell together!!
