I have not been feeling well all weekend.. I had no energy at all :( I am feeling a lot better so I am gonna try for perfect points the rest of the week so I can get at least 15 points!

haha.. try something else :) pear, whole grain bread, whole wheat spaghetti.. tons of stuff has fiber in it. Don't make yourself sick on apples!

Hahaha....I've done that so much with certain foods that I hate them after...

....like I now hate SUNFLOWER SEEDS.....ate them til I puked in one day....15 yrs and none!
....like I now hate SOUR CREAM......again PUKED......about the same 15 yrs and NONE!
....like I now hate TOMATO soup.....about 1 yr and NONE...can't look at it....
...almost TUNA.....i'm still getting over it-ate it everyday for 8 months-BORING!! uggg

...I've learned this it HOW I put foods out of their commission in MY LIFE.....hahaha
OVEREAT til they are DISGUSTING to see, smell, and taste! :smilielol5:
 
ALRIGHT my PLAYMATES.....I see WE ALL TRIED HARD last week and DIDN'T see the RESULTS that were EXPECTED, as WE CAME IN 3rd, and the LBS for most of US weren't FLYING off, and WE HAVE SLOWED DOWN!!!! Booooo:cuss:

....NOW lets GET BACK with IT and REALIZE that EVEN THOUGH, again, this WEEK we may come in third again, cause all THESE other TEAMS are WORKING it....we HAVE the END to LOOK forward to, and THERE we WILL be ON TOP again.....ONTOP of SPARTA LAND, HOLDING the HOOTERS up....:smilielol5:

We can do it girls!! I ended my lazy streak today and worked it HARD at the gym.. i want to see some pounds come off.. I am so sick of complaining and being unhappy about my weight and THEN making excuses for not working out.. how lame is that?!
 
Pretty lame.... kidding :D. You're right though, if you do things right in the gym and in the kitchen, the scale will definately show your hard work.

i'm totally crying in my cube right now. Alta, I luv ya girl! I agree, I don't like the view from behind and I don't like smelling ass! Let's shake it up and kick some ass around here.

Yes we can girlie. Everything is within our reach for the taking. Instead of complaining about my weight, I am now chosing to love my body right at this very moment...I thank it for all that it does for me and for the strong muscles I've built beneath the fat that allow me to get the most out of life. Sure I want this weight to come off and come off FAST dammit but I've decided to turn off the negative thoughts and start focusing on positive thoughts. :)

I think all the hibbity gibbity spiritual crap in yoga is getting to me. Love thy self!! OOUUUU!!!

I REALLY need to eat well the next 2 days in order to show a loss on the scale...right now I am barely breaking even w/last weeks weight...This week was totally rough on me w/the quarter end close at work. Next week I'm shooting to do MORE!
