I have not been feeling well all weekend.. I had no energy at all I am feeling a lot better so I am gonna try for perfect points the rest of the week so I can get at least 15 points!

We can do it girls!! I ended my lazy streak today and worked it HARD at the gym.. i want to see some pounds come off.. I am so sick of complaining and being unhappy about my weight and THEN making excuses for not working out.. how lame is that?!

I REALLY need to eat well the next 2 days in order to show a loss on the scale...right now I am barely breaking even w/last weeks weight...This week was totally rough on me w/the quarter end close at work.
