How is everyone doing? We are half way through the 1st week. Have you kept your motivation up? What motivates everyone? For me its my kids but I am also motivated by the lovely compliments I have received. Hoping to have lost around 1.5lbs this week, 3 more days to get my butt in gear :)

I hope i am doing good i havent gone off track and ive been exercising everyday, and following my calories like a saint, im hoping for atleast a 2 lb weight loss, i havent weighed myself yet it was hard to put that scale in the closet and not hop on it everyday, i hope it shows some sort of result from the hard work from this week. 2 more days till weigh in :O
 
My motivation isw wayyyy up right now. I must admit it is hard to wake up at 5:30 every morning to run on the treadmill but I've made it a habit and I hope that eventually it just comes natural. I went to the bar last night and had wings but I do not restrict myself to the EXTREME otherwise the weight would never stay off. To me it would not be realistic to never eat bad so I allow myself bad eats every week.

I am currently motivated by a few things. One is my long distance relationship. I told my bf I'd be skinny next time I see him and I plan to stick to that promise. I'd hate to let him down. I am also motivated by myself just being sick of not being able to look and feel good anymore. The insecurities have sky rocketed since I put on all this weight and I just want to even get back to my old self. I want confidence back. I will say that I have been on the scale and have seen a loss but I won't say until I weigh in on Saturday.
 
I'm using WII to weight me. Just if everone wonder why my weight is a bit lwoer than most of people but my BMI is quite high, well I'm just 5ft 3in. This much weight doesn't make me look good :(

As much as I want to lie about this..
