i can't believe the month is over already!!! it seems to have just flown by! looks like you guys really rocked the challenge though!! I'm proud of you!!! Tomorrow I'll make sure to post the member with the biggest loss :)
 
October 01: 168.6
October 08: 166.0 (-2.6)
October 15: 166.6 (+0.6)
October 22: 168.6
October 29: 169.4 (+0.8)


Well we can see where I started to slack.... right around the 9th of October. I havent made one good food choice and I've only exercised once since then..... thus creating my results. I am not happy but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It is called P90X. This light will be reached on Friday which is when I will be starting this P90X. Hopefully I will be seeing some nice changes in the month on November.
 
FAIL

I only lost 5 lbs all month.........grrrrrrrr

Hoping next month will be better! Well done everyone else though, there are so huge losses here!
 
Only lost 5lbs as well - better than nothing I suppose, although my goal was 12lbs. Anyway I've signed up for the November challenge with a more realistic goal of 8lbs this month.

October 01:170.8lbs
October 08: 171.8lbs (boo...up 1 pound)
October 15: 171.8lbs
October 22: 172.6lbs (blah)
October 31: 172.4lbs (blah)

Goal loss: -10lbs
Actual loss: +1.6lbs That just stinks.

Here's to a better November!
 
I lost about 2 lbs at the end of the month (started at 165, ended at 163). I am going back and fourth. 160 is a tough nut to crack
