I'm actually quite happy to see I didn't GAIN any weight at all this week! It's actually quite surprising! It was Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and boy was it good.....turkey, stuffing, yams, pumpkin cheesecake, apple crisp, etc! Hopefully the remainder of the month I can get back on track.

Well that sucks! I was away for work and I guess I overdid the food and underdid the exercise.I don't think I really put on a whole kilo of fat so hopefully theres some water weight etc. Anyways I'll try for a solid loss this week. Don't think I'll be making my goal so I'll go for half my goal instead :)

Well done all of you up above me... its inspirational.

Not as much as I wished for but I hurt my foot so i can't exercise. I guess a small loss is better than no loss.
