Yes I am in a rut currently. I'm in the middle of switching my weight loss time and program and I just cant get my ass into gear inbetween. Bad eats and no workouts. This ending of the month is not going to be in my favor either. My best friends bday party tonight (booze). My birthday Monday (unhealthy dinner....2 of them) and my birthday party.... (more booze).....ughhhh

Once again a VERY fusterating week for me i sorta let myself down, just super unmotivated this week, its so hard and fusterating, im vowing to make changes this week, and get my ass into gear again. I will be happy to come out at 211 by the end of this challenge, thats what im going to aim for, i feel like im retaining fluid awfully just my face is just POOF just so much more chubbs bah

I am so proud of myself that i am sticking to loosing weight this time usually i have already gained everything back plus some. On to November see you guys in that thread. come on guys we can do it dont get discourage if you didnt loose as much as you wanted or you might have gain a little these last months of the year are the hardest w/ all the hollidays just think of the long run of being healthy!!!!!
