Can i say im extremley fusterated with this, i haveworked so hard for it and i dont really get results, I am on my period so im hoping to blame that for this week and next week will give me a difference, now if i dont see a difference next week im gonna be pretty sad :[

Doesn't it suck being a girl? It's amazing how much that time of the month can effect weight. I can gain more than ten pounds of water weight the week before and the week during my period! Don't worry, I think you will see a drop as soon as it is over, that's what usually happens with me. :)
 
How is everyone doing? We are half way through the 1st week. Have you kept your motivation up? What motivates everyone? For me its my kids but I am also motivated by the lovely compliments I have received. Hoping to have lost around 1.5lbs this week, 3 more days to get my butt in gear :)

My motivation is my job, and the fact that I'm going to be in a wedding in june. Plus I enjoy looking and feeling better about myself. Its a huge confidence booster. Plus, Maybe when I hit 180 I'll reward myself with my own horse... :p

How can my weight change that much in only a few hrs? I ate a hot pocket and still havent finished my cup of coffee. Should I not go by when I first wake up if it changed so fast? ...I'm confused.

Perfectly normal, you eat food, you drink water, and that adds weight. 1lb weight is not much at all. It's the weight of the water in 1 water bottle (2 cups), and the hot pocket you ate probably weighed a lot as well.

Just weigh yourself under the same conditions every day when you're comparing.

Well it's Thanksgiving weekend in Canada this weekend. I am going to indulge in the dinners and all the good stuff just not OVERINDULGE. THAT is KEY!!! I'd be happy if I get to 165 or 164.X next Saturday.
