I'm in but I'm going to start tomorrow. I dont have a weigh in for today. This is my birthday month I's really like to lose 8 lbs. I'd be happy with that. :)
 
October 01: 236 - I have gained a bit in the last 3 weeks by not moving as much. Hope to lose 10lbs in October.
