errr so we're supposed to report our exercising each day too here? (didn't read the fine print obviously),

I burned about 470 calories tonight at the gym. Warmup on the bike, weights, then a 3 km run
 
My starting weight for this challenge is 294.8 - I lost about 2 more pounds, wahoo!!

Worked out for 30 minutes at Curves. How do I add that to the team total thing?
 
.5 miles on the elliptical, and .5 miles on the treadmill!! Plus a walk, but I didn't take the pedometer :(
 
I wound up walking 2.8 miles and ate a ton tho! Be back on track tomorrow

I umm sat in my computer chair all day, drove and took the bike in for a tune up ... umm yeah :D

now im gonna do some sewing - man im hard core :D
 
:D LOL :D that is so funny!!!! I walked a mile, because I locked my keys in the car!-Is that hard core too?

Starting Weight on Nov.1: 228
Week 1 Nov. 10
Week 2 Nov. 17
Week 3 Nov. 24
Week 4 Nov. 30
Final Weight on November 30:
Weight Goal for challenge (lbs lost)= 12 lbs
 
I jogged for about an hour, and then walked through the woods for another.

Probally about 1,250 - 1,500 calories burned

Tommorrow (Thursday) is 35 mph gusts, so I may not be outside to excerise :L
 
You dont have to list your daily excercise -I think I just started a bit of a trend because I posted that I'd had a good first day to the challenge and been to the gym.

Hope everybody's still feeling positive... we are that step closer to Christmas now guys, keep going! :D

That's how I feel too! My job is hard work too and physical. I think a long day at work boosts your metabolism. I did get in a 30 minute walk. I also ate mostly fruits & veggies yesterday. Lots of water.
 
I know I need to do something today. It is 30 something out and I don't want to go out. Motivation is lacking, especially when I think of how warm it is in the bed!!!!!

A month from now, I'll be a whole 10lbs closer to my goal! :)

Hope everyone is keeping well!

On just over 1200 cals at the moment for Day 2 --- Just finished 400 cals in the gym along with some other exersizes. So a good day!

ok great job on the exercise our new total is 119.7, but I need everyone to take their total miles they did for that day and add it to the total that is in my signature, if they dont, then the miles wont count, it is too much hard work to go back through all the pages and find the numbers. I would really appreciate it, and also remember that 30 minutes equals 1 mile :) Ok, thanks yall! :)
