I know the feeling well... how frustrating it is when you are motivated and eager to work out and your muscles feel like you've been beaten up for no apparent reason.I am aiming for at least 10 min. on the elliptical...on Monday I barely made 5 minutes. Dont' know why my legs were so tired.
Oh Man I here ya Tammy Work kicked my butt today...man, oh man, oh man...no exercise for me today..it sux too, maybe some Yoga if I can fit it in but it is already 6ish here and I still gottta do dinner and such...LOL...I wish the challenege started on Mon, I did so much exercise on Mon and went on a hefty walk yesturday but oh well...It will just be a not so great exercise week for me...Glad to hear and see others are off to such a great startDay 1 crappy weather crappy attitude but wanting to lose this
