Ok I am a lil confused so everyday you record your exersice
as in milage, and put update it daily in your signature?Did
I do this right? Thanks Tammy:)
 
This morning I was 237, I was 245 when I joined this site 2-3 weeks ago.

Almost at 80 lost yay....

btw I did 3 miles jogging, 6 walking
 
Okay so got some exercise in today...not done yet but so far I played 45 mins of Tennis...I am also going to Curves and hoping to get my Yoga in or Tae...Prob Yoga...according to SParks...Calories Burned
Tennis: general
Minutes Selected: 45
Calories Burned: 594

Yoga 50 mins = 250 cals

95 mins of exercise = 3.25 miles ???

Today was not fun but I did do 11 miles on the bike---320 calories! :) So that's good. Everything else pretty much sucked. (haha)
 
I'm so stressed at work & I'm having such a difficult time eating lately...I never thought I'd have that problem...yesterday all I could get down was a salad!!!

Hope today is healthier.
 
Yaay, I'm excited, just weighed myself and lost 2 lbs :) I think that it helps being part of a team for motivation!

Congrats to everyone for doing well, eating-wise and exercise-wise! Tammy, a couple more ounces 'til you're in the 180's!!!!!
 
So does my 8 min teabo work out count as only 8 mins? I mean its kinda hard core. its fast and you can realy get into it (once I was bouncing so much I punched my self in the head LOL).

well im getting ready to do teabo. Ill post what i did when im done.
 
Did 500 Calories on Treadmill Today: 5.5km ran.

Daily Take In: 1210 Calories (1710 - 500 on Treamill)

Ran just over 3 miles on Tuesday and 3 miles today. I just need to get my eating better under control.
 
Is life not just a pain in the Butt? My husband is busy fighting the FLU and giving it to me. I am keeping up the dedication to this challenge though. I might even lose the weight because of the FLU ..lol
We have been eating nothing but soup the last 4 days. All liquid diet. I can still do this though sick or not.
I wanna lose that 10lbs so bad!!

Everyone seems like they are doing a really good job.

Hey I have that tape as well and it is hard core, fast paced and so on...there is no way it can only be 8 minutes especially for Sparks it adds up to 138 for cals or somethign, I hardly doubt that...
