My Weigh-in has happened!

4 LBS lighter than at the start! I hope to keep working hard so I can reach my 10 LBS goal!

My progress is shown in my signature.
 
hey everybody!! I am so sorry I havent been on much, but work is killling me, I am already down to 275! :D but anyways! I hope yall have been posting ur walking, ill try to get it. I know we dont have a mini challenge this week, but I will have one next week! Hope everyone is doing great! :D

Okay, that will be great!! If thats what everyone else wants. I had planned that originally but I thought everyone would get tired of it :) If anyone has a problem with it, PM me, ok, so the walking challenge is still on, and remember to post ur mileage in the Hershey board. :p

Hey everyone!!!! I have been doing bad :eek: I did my piltes on top of my ultimate boot camp so that was 30 min each(2 Miles) That was on Wednsday. Thurs.,Fri.,Sat., I did NOTHING Okay Sat. I did some
cleaning:p

Sun. I did go to the park and play frizbe with the family and ran aorund with our dog. We walked to the baseball field and back. So I would say half hour each. (2 miles)

well, I am going to go to the gym tonight. YAY!!!! Going for 45 min. on the treadmill. Hope you all have a GREAT day and drink your WATER!!!!:D
 
I have been thinking, and I think I am gonna say that 30 minutes counts as one mile instead of an hour, because it doesnt take an hour to walk a mile, so...yea, 30 minutes counts as 1 mile from now on, so u have 8 instead of 4 :)

HaHaHa...it turns that i have been doing that anyway...sorry...ima ll good then I will post it all tomorrow in the Hershey thingy...
 
Wow this thread sure filled up quickley, ive done 8 miles for work out time, but i really should wear a pedometer, cuz i walk alot, but thats it for now, i need a bigger water bottle, so it doesnt seem like im filling mine up all the time, lol. Hope you all are doing well.

Yeah but i lost that lb overnight the first night of the month and nothing since (even though i cycled a 42km race on the weekend) so im :(
 
*hugs* it might not show right now, but it will or maybe you turned some fat into muscle. Either way, congrats on the 80lbs you have already lost!

Ya it does suck Wishes, especially when you feel you deserve that loss due to eating well and lots of exercise...I feel that way alot...and how hard it seems I need to work just too lose a cpl of lbs...you've done so great so far...*SMILES*...you must be proud of yourself...I keep meaning to start coming to your journal but I have a hard time keeping up with everyone as it is...LOL
 
Proud of myself, LOL...exercise yesturday was Yoga 45 mins, Curves 30 mins and a body ball work out 45 mins...a fair amount of exercise consisdering Im a single mom of two and work...LOL...Yah me...so I have contributed 15 miles so far...and am gonna restart counting as I am loosing track...Almost weight in day everyone...Good Luck:):):)
 
DISGUSTING eating day today.
Ate 2 Slices of a Rich Desert + Biscuits + a Chocolate! (+ Meals!)

So I HAD to make up for it!

Did 611 Calories (7km) on Treadmill, along with Situps and Weight Training!
Going to Swim some laps in the pool now.

Total intake for today is now just over 1200 (+- 1800 - 600) but I still need to eat supper. Will make it small.

I need to stay focused! No more of this rubbish food! Today was meant to be my day off from working out, instead it was my 10th in a row and my hardest EVER! (...I have a Gym at Home By the way, I wouldn't be able to go for 10 days straight to a 'proper' gym, don't have time to waste!)
