SO WHEN DO WE WEIGH IN HERE i WAS ASSUMING IT WOULD BE ON WEDNESDAYS SINCE WE ONLY JUST STARTED...ooppss excuse the caps, to lazzzy to rewrite...LOL
 
I assume it will be Wednesdays, but I have to stick to weighing in on Mondays (for regularity)
 
The first weigh in is Nov. 10th...

Week 1 - Nov. 10
Week 2 - Nov. 17
Week 3 - Nov. 24
Week 4 - Nov. 30

I had a little slip up...I couldn't resist a gourmet meal with holandaise sauce. :eek: Will see how that will show on the scale! I walked another mile but I'm too lazy now to update my signature...will do that later.
 
One meal won't make a difference...not unless you let it affect how you do the rest of the day! :)


Heyas Dari that is so true I used to have a cheat meal then say heck
with it and eat again and again and not exersice but if you just have
the 1 thing/meal and still exersice the scale should be friendly!:) Tammy
I had a question way back there and it was not answered do I keep track
of exersicing by putting it in my signature or post miles daily in this thread!

175. *pout* I guess the beginning of this week messed me up for anything fabulous. Two pounds is good and all but my measurements have changed in weird ways. Not good. *grin* OKAY. NEXT WEEK.

Work Hard! My First Weigh In is Tomorrow (has to be, been doing so since beginning of the year)
 
Ive been eating well and cycled my race on the weekend - hopefully it would have kicked into gear some good weight loss. Im doing nothing to day - letting the body rest - then tomorrow back into gear at the gym :)
 
I'm showing a weight gain of 5 pounds! It just can't be! :( It didn't eat that much...would I need to eat 18,000 extra calories for me to gain that weight? I only ate about 600 more than my regular day (which is low). I'm really hoping it's water...!
 
^ Don't worry...you didn't gain five pounds that quick! It'll be ok. :)

I'm at 171.5 now. Can't wait to see the 160's!!!
 
Hey everyone. I haven't been on lately. Hubby had to work 14 hours each day this weekend, so the kids kept me busy - then I needed sleep. You know, I am more exhausted today than after doing a 5K. That can't be good! Any way, only 4 more days until we weigh in guys!!!!! WORK-IT, WORK-IT, WORK-IT!!!!!!!
 
Trying to figure out my miles...30 mins is one mile right so...Thurs I did 90 mins of exercise = 3 miles...Fri - I did 60 mins = 2 miles...sat was 120 mins = 4 miles...Sun was 60 mins = 2 miles...right...so i have...11 miles yes...LOL...I think that is right...EM if it is ok I will just post them all together Tues night in Hershey...I havent done it yet...
